Changan Deep Blue is a new digital pure electric brand, the brand name symbolizes exploration, life, technology and the future.
Changan Deep Blue C385 launched three power models: pure electric version, extended range version and hydrogen fuel cell version, equipped with many industry-leading technology and intelligent technology configurations.
The body size of Changan Navy C385 is 4820*1890*1480mm, the wheelbase is 2900mm, the aspect ratio is 0.78, and the shaft length ratio is 0.6. The body data is larger than the Model 3, and the wheelbase has exceeded the standard of B-class cars, almost reaching the level of C-class cars.
The overall shape adopts the more popular slip-back design, which integrates a large number of high-tech and sporty design elements, and reflects the sense of movement of forward swooping from the visual effect. The front face blends in with the hood to emphasize visual integrity, and the rear of the body features through-line taillights that stretch smoothly.
Through the overall optimization of the overall aerodynamics of the body, under the blessing of the sneakback body, sports kit, hidden door handle, closed aerodynamic wheels and other configurations, the wind resistance coefficient of the Changan Navy C385 is as low as 0.23Cd, which is comparable to the model 3 level and reaches the industry-leading level.
The C385 is equipped with the largest 19-inch wheels in its class, a 14.6-inch sunflower screen with intelligent steering, and an electric hatchway.
In terms of cruising range, under CLTC conditions, the pure electric version can have a range of more than 700 kilometers, the maximum power of the pure electric high-power version can reach more than 190 kilowatts, and the power consumption is as low as 12.3 kWh/100 km.
The cruising range of the extended legging version of CLTC can reach more than 1200 km under the comprehensive working conditions, the simple electric range can reach more than 200 km, and the fuel consumption is as low as 4.5 liters/100 km or less.
Under the comprehensive CLTC standard of the hydrogen version, the mileage can reach more than 700 kilometers, and the hydrogen consumption of feed is as low as 0.65 kg/100km or less, which can achieve 3 minutes of ultra-fast energy replenishment. This will be China's first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell sedan.
At the sharing meeting, Changan Deep Blue focused on the reverse of its all-electric digital platform (EPA1 platform), which is a special platform for multi-energy supplementary electric drive that Changan Automobile has been honing for five years since 2017, with four high attributes, in short, high electrical efficiency, high performance, high intelligence and high safety. Its new generation of super-collector electric drive has 163 patents, the electrical efficiency can reach 78%, higher than the industry's best level (70%-75%), the highest efficiency of the system is 95%.
The system innovatively adopts five core technologies of eight-layer flat wire winding, rotor double-V topology configuration, ultra-low resistance wire, adaptive control algorithm, and low resistance topology optimization, which increase the efficiency of the electric drive system by 0.9, 0.4, 0.1, 1.2 and 1.3 percentage points respectively.
After equipped with Changan's self-developed high-frequency pulse heating technology, the system can heat the battery heating speed to 4 °C/ min in the -30 °C environment, increase the low temperature dynamic by more than 50%, and shorten the low temperature charging performance by more than 15%, which greatly alleviates the experience of electric vehicles in extremely cold weather.
High efficiency is reflected in pure electricity and fuel cells. The hydrogen fuel cell system of the platform can achieve a power generation efficiency of 1kg of hydrogen power generation of 20.5 degrees, and achieve 3 minutes of ultra-fast energy replenishment.
The EPA1 platform is a platform that supports the expansion of dual motors and four-wheel drive with wheel drive as the gene. The maximum output of a single motor is 190 kW, and the first car C385 accelerates by 5.9 seconds per 100 km/h.
The performance guarantee of the platform comes from the latest generation of brake dual redundancy system + H-arm multi-link independent suspension system, 50:50 front and rear gold axle-to-load ratio + wide body low center of gravity design, and extreme driving performance tuning.
In terms of high intelligence, the EPA1 platform can achieve global speed OTA, support all node controller upgrades/vehicle control domain software upgrade speeds of all vehicles≤3min/cockpit software dual partitions; equipped with Changan's self-developed vehicle deep integration domain controller, performance increased by 70%, volume reduction by 70%, and remote diagnosis full coverage.
The smart cockpit domain controller adopts the most advanced Qualcomm 8155 chip platform in the cockpit field, with 105K DMIPS (low-mips) computing power, and adopts hypervisor domain control scheme, which can achieve one machine multi-screen and highly integrated.
The biggest highlight of intelligence should be the realization of up to L4 level intelligent driving, which can realize parking and remote driving according to the memory path, and can also realize automatic parking and remote driving based on high-precision maps.
