Chapter 2: The Son of Heaven

Chapter 5: Taxis

Chapter 6: Shuren

Use the way of heaven, divide the interests of the land, and use it sparingly to adopt parents. The filial piety of this man. Therefore, since the Son of Heaven is concerned, filial piety has no end, and those who are in trouble have not yet had it.

Conform to the natural law of the changes of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, distinguish the different characteristics of the land, act cautiously, save money and economy, and provide for parents, this is the filial piety that the people should fulfill! Chapter 8: Takahashi

Therefore he shall be pleased with all nations, and shall be the king before him. Those who govern the country do not dare to insult widows and widows, but they are worse than the people? Chapter 9: Holy Rule

It is not in goodness, but in virtue, and though it is obtained, it is not expensive for a gentleman. A gentleman, on the other hand, thinks in words, thinks cola, respects virtue and righteousness, acts in a way that can be done, tolerates and observes, and advances and retreats to the point of being present to his people. Zeng Zi also said: "The student takes the liberty of asking the teacher for advice, and the virtue of the saint is not greater than filial piety." Confucius said, "Of all the things born of heaven and earth, the most honorable is man." There is no greater virtue than filial piety. In filial piety, there is no greater position than pushing the father to the most dignified position. This is because the saints are based on the fundamental principle of filial piety. The fact that parents have children and inherit the heirs of the lineage allows filial piety to continue, there is no greater human relationship! The father has both the dignity of the king and the love of the father, so that the filial piety of the children can be cultivated, and there is nothing thicker than this kind of grace! Therefore, not loving one's own parents and loving others is called violating morality; not respecting one's own parents and respecting others is called violating etiquette. The monarch should obey his nature and love his parents, and if he disobeys his nature and does not filial piety to his parents, the people will be unable to imitate them! If the monarch fails to fulfill his filial piety and violates the moral and ceremonial laws, the country will inevitably cause disasters, and even if he can obtain a lofty position of power, the gentleman will not think that it is precious. As a gentleman, you will never do anything that violates moral etiquette. Before a gentleman speaks, he must consider whether his words can be spoken; before acting, he must consider whether his deeds can be pleasing to the masses; he must establish morality and act in a righteous manner, and can be worthy of respect; what he does can be worthy of emulation; his manners and obedience to the law of etiquette can be worthy of observation; and his every move, which is in accordance with the law, can be worthy of admiration. When a gentleman treats the people with these prestiges, the people will fear him and love him, and use him as an example to learn from. Thus, gentlemen can achieve moral indoctrination and thus carry out their policy orders freely. Chapter 10: Ji Xiaoxing

Zi Yue: "Filial piety is a matter of affection, and dwelling is to be respected, raising is to bring joy, illness is to cause sorrow, mourning is to mourn, and sacrifice is to be severe." The five are prepared, and then they can do things. Those who are close to each other are not proud at the top, not chaotic in the lower, and not in dispute with the ugly. If you are proud of the top, you will die, if you are below, you will be punished, and if you are ugly, you will be a soldier. Confucius said: "Filial piety should serve parents and be respectful to their parents everywhere when they are at home every day; when they serve their adoptive parents, they should be happy; when their parents are sick, they should worry about their parents' illness; when their parents die, they should be sad; and when they sacrifice their parents, they should be solemnly honored." The above five points can be completed, so as to truly serve both parents. Chapter 11: Five Punishments

Zi Yue: "The five punishments belong to three thousand, and the sin is greater than filial piety." Those who want kings are supreme, those who are not saints cannot, and those who are not filial piety have no relatives. This great mess of the way also. ”

Confucius said: "There are five categories of criminal law in ancient times, and there are as many as three thousand kinds of crimes to which they belong, none of which are greater than the crimes of filial piety." The person who threatens the monarch is the one who has no monarch in his mind; the person who opposes the saint is the existence of no ceremonial law in his heart; the person who opposes filial piety is the existence of no parents in his mind. These three evil deeds are the root causes of the great chaos in the world. ”

Chapter 12: The Broad Road

Zi Yue: "Dear to the people, mo is good at filial piety; the people are good at filial piety; the people are obedient and obedient; they are good at changing customs and customs; they are not good at music; they are good at governing the people in peace, and they are not good at etiquette." Chapter 13: Broad to Virtue

Zi Yue: "The teaching of a gentleman is filial piety, and the non-family is also seen day by day." Teach filial piety, so respect the father of the world. Teach to be compassionate, so respect the world as a brother also. Teach the subjects, so respect the world as a king. "Poetry" Cloud: "Kai Ti Jun, the parent of the people." Confucius said, "Gentlemen teach filial piety, and they don't have to go door to door every day to teach." To do filial piety to one's own parents is to teach the world to respect his parents as a son of man; to do compassion for one's brother is to teach the world to respect his brother as a brother; to teach one's own subjects the way of being a courtier is to teach the world to respect his sovereign as a subject. In the Book of Verses, Daya Shu Shu says, "Gentle and approachable gentlemen are like the parents of the people of the world." Chapter 14: Fame

Zi Yue: "A gentleman's affairs are filial piety, so loyalty can be moved to the king; brotherhood, so shun can be moved to the long; at home, so the rule can be moved to the official." It is to be accomplished in the inner, and the name is established in the hereafter. ”

Zeng Zi said: "Regarding the principles of love, respect, peace of mind, and fame, the students have already heard you talk about it, and everything about the Son of Man obeys the father's command, can this be said to be filial piety?" Chapter 16: Induction

Zi Yue: "In the past, the ming king did the father's filial piety, the story was clear; the mother's filial piety, the story was observed; the elder and the young were obedient, so they ruled from top to bottom." The heavens and the earth are clear, and the gods are prominent. Therefore, though the Son of Heaven will have honor and fatherhood in his words, he will have a father in his words, and he will have a brother in his words. Chapter Seventeen: The Emperor

Zi Yue: "In the affairs of a gentleman, he will think loyally and make up for it, and he will go along with his beauty and save his evil." Therefore, the upper and lower levels can be close to each other. Shi Yun: 'The heart is in love, but it is not enough.' When will the center hide it, and when will it be forgotten? ’”

Confucius said: "When a gentleman serves the Ming Emperor, when he enters the emperor in the upper dynasty, he thinks about how to be loyal; when he retires from the imperial court, he thinks about how to correct and remedy the mistakes of the monarch." The virtues and good government of the monarch must be carried out obediently; the faults of the monarch must be straightened out, and his evil should not continue. Therefore, both the monarch in the upper position and the courtiers in the lower position can love each other. Chapter Eighteen: Bereavement

Zi Yue: "The widow of the filial piety is also weeping, the etiquette is not tolerated, the words are not written, the beauty is uneasy, the smell is not happy, the food is not willing, and this mourning is also." Three days of eclipse, the parishioners can not be killed or injured. Destroy the immortality, the government of this saint also. The mourning is only three years, and the people have an end. For the coffin to be lifted up, Chen Qiqi mourned; weeping and mourning; Bu Qizhao, and Ancuo; for the temple of the Sect, enjoyed by ghosts; and sacrificed in the Spring and Autumn Festivals, with the thoughts of the times. Love and respect for the living, mourn for the dead, exhaust the essence of the living people, prepare for the righteousness of the dead and the dead, and end the affairs of filial piety. ”
