Wei Xiaoli and other car companies announced the delivery volume in 2021, and the new energy vehicle elimination competition opened ahead of schedule?

On January 1, a number of domestic new energy car companies have announced the delivery volume in 2021.

Let's look at Wei Xiaoli first:

NIO delivered a total of 91,429 vehicles in 2021, an increase of 109.1% year-on-year. By the end of 2021, the cumulative delivery volume of NIO's ES8, ES6 and EC6 models will reach 167,070 units.

Xiaopeng Automobile's total deliveries for the full year of 2021 are 98,155 units, and their total deliveries in 2020 are 27,041 units, an increase of 263% year-on-year in 2021. By the end of 2021, the cumulative delivery volume of Xiaopeng Automobile in history has exceeded 130,000 units.

The total delivery volume of Ideal Cars in 2021 was 90,491 units, an increase of 177.4% year-on-year.

In addition, Nezha Automobile also announced the delivery volume in 2021, and they delivered a total of 69,674 vehicles, an increase of 362% year-on-year.

Just look at the deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2021:

Xiaopeng Automobile delivered 41,751 vehicles in the fourth quarter; Ideal Automobile delivered 35,221 vehicles in the fourth quarter; and Weilai Automobile delivered 25,034 vehicles in the fourth quarter. The total delivery volume of Nezha Automobile in the fourth quarter was 28247 vehicles, and from the delivery data of the fourth quarter alone, Nezha Automobile has surpassed Weilai Automobile.

The above four companies also delivered more than 10,000 vehicles in November this year.

Judging from the existing data, the new domestic car-making forces represented by Companies such as Weilai, Xiaopeng, Ideal and Nezha have developed rapidly in 2021, and the lowest year-on-year growth is Weilai Automobile, which has also doubled the delivery volume.

And the annual deliveries of the three companies are close to 100,000 vehicles, Tesla first achieved annual deliveries of more than 100,000 vehicles in 2017, when they achieved 101312 deliveries, after which Tesla's annual deliveries climbed rapidly: 245,200 vehicles were delivered in 2018, 367,500 vehicles were delivered in 2019, 499,500 vehicles were delivered in 2020, and they may also impact the annual delivery of 900,000 vehicles in 2021.

It can be said that if an electric vehicle company has an annual delivery volume of more than 100,000 vehicles, it is likely that they will grab a "ticket" for new energy vehicles.

If nothing else, in 2022, the three companies are very likely to achieve this goal.

However, there are also some new changes in the new energy vehicle market in 2022, such as the policy just introduced on December 31, 2021, and China's subsidies for new energy vehicles will continue to decline in 2022, compared with 2021.

In fact, the subsidy decline in 2021 compared with 2020 has reached 20%.

With subsidies falling, will consumers continue to favor new energy vehicles? In addition, the state's subsidies have been reduced, and how automakers can reduce their own losses and achieve healthier business development is a key test for every new energy automobile company.

With the decline of subsidies, the core competitiveness of new energy car companies themselves will become more and more important. Perhaps He Xiaopeng and Li Bin have opened their "new energy vehicle elimination" in advance.

At present, NIO has announced the subsidy plan for 2022, and they said that users who pay a deposit to purchase ES8, ES6 and EC6 before December 31, 2021 (inclusive), and who pre-car on March 31, 2022, can still enjoy subsidies in accordance with the 2021 national subsidy standards, and the difference will be borne by NIO.
