If you read the Tao Te Ching, you will know that Lao Tzu admired the unspoken teachings.
The so-called unspoken teaching is to lead by example.
In our real life, you will find that, especially when parents discipline their children, the more you reprimand him, the more he does not listen.
In addition, people have a rebellious mentality, and the more you want him to go east, the more he wants to go west. I know this all too well.
When I was a child, sometimes I didn't do well in the exam, and my mother would let me retake the exam. Helpless mother all kinds of coercion and inducement, the mouth can only compromise.

However, in my heart, I have been doing the opposite with my mother, I don't want to re-read the re-examination, the more you force me, the more you want me to retake the exam, the more I deliberately take the exam poorly...
This is a living example of myself.
Words are not as good as deeds. Teaching by example is often much more useful than what you say.
I have a good girlfriend, since I signed up for a local Shenghe Juku book club, I will read books early every morning, no matter how busy I am, reading books and reading books will not be left behind. Because of her influence, her daughter was so studious that she didn't need your name to take the book and read it there. After reading it, I also wrote my own feeling after reading...
I have a friend who stayed in the United States for more than ten years and chose to return to China to live. We all know that people who have lived abroad, deeply influenced by foreign culture and education, will make him impersonal, go out to socialize with you AA. By chance, he was in close contact with me for a while, and suddenly one day, he said to me, "Thank you, I have learned a lot from you, and your sincerity in treating people and things often touches me..."
There are many such examples.
This is the influence of teaching by example. Does it work too much than you do?
The Analects. There is also such a sentence in the "Yang Goods Chapter": "Heaven is what is said, four hours are acting, a hundred things are born, and heaven is saying it."
We can see the influence of this "unspoken religion".
Children's behavior habits are invisible, copying the words and deeds of adults, and learning from them.
Therefore, if you are still in real life and worried about the problem of disciplining your children, it is better to change it, do yourself well first, and lead by example.
Good character, good words and deeds, children see it, naturally they will follow the learning, and naturally they will change.
Isn't such an example more useful than teaching with ease of mind?
Bless everyone!
