1. Nezha Automobile was granted a credit of 2 billion yuan from the Bank of Shanghai
Recently, Hezhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nezha Automobile") and Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bank of Shanghai") signed a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out all-round cooperation in supply chain financing, green finance, retail finance and investment banking business.
At the same time, Nezha Automobile has obtained a comprehensive credit line of 2 billion yuan from the head office of the Bank of Shanghai, and the financing funds will be mainly used for the development and application of Nezha Automobile's intelligent cockpit and intelligent driving technology, the production and manufacture of high-quality intelligent vehicles and the construction of sales service system.
2. Toyota/Lexus recalled nearly 900,000 vehicles
Recently, GAC Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. Changchun Fengyue Company (authorized by Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd.) filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulations in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products and the Implementation Measures for the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products, involving nearly 900,000 vehicles.
The internal components of the engine exhaust gas recirculation valve (EGR valve) of the vehicle within the scope of this recall may be corroded by the higher concentration of chlorine in the fuel, resulting in poor valve body movement. It may cause the engine to run poorly, and in extreme cases, the vehicle will be turned off at low speed, increasing the risk of collision accidents and potential safety hazards.
3. Hive Energy completed Series B+ financing
On December 11, the signing ceremony of the B+ round of equity financing of Hive Energy was held in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a financing amount of 6 billion yuan, and the investors mainly included: Industrial chain partners such as Chuanneng Investment, Han's Laser, Xingyu Shares, CDH Investment, China Mobile Capital, Industrial Bank, Advantage Capital, PICC Capital, Taikang Investment, and state-owned platforms such as Huzhou, Yancheng and Shangrao.
Yang Hongxin, chairman and CEO of Hive Energy, said that the 6 billion yuan raised in this round of financing will be mainly used for research and development of new technologies, the construction of Changzhou Phase IV production base, Changzhou R&D center and Changzhou headquarters management center. Since April last year, Hive Energy has completed four consecutive rounds of financing, with a total amount of 20.78 billion yuan.
4. Ford suspends pure electric F-150 bookings
Due to the hot sales of the pure electric version of the F-150 Lighting, Ford officially announced that it would suspend the booking of the model. At present, the number of F-150 Lighting is scheduled to reach 200,000 units, far exceeding Ford's estimated production capacity.

5. Volkswagen electric plant production plan exposed
The Volkswagen Group recently detailed its large-scale electric transformation plan, investing 89 billion euros (about 641 billion yuan) in electric vehicles and new digital technologies in the next four years, with the goal of achieving a quarter of pure electric vehicle sales by the end of 2026.

8. Chevrolet Sorod's Pure Electric Edition is coming soon

10. The number of WEILAI substations reached 700
On December 10, we learned from the official that with the official launch of the G30 Lianhuo Expressway East China Sea Service Area Replacement Power Station, WEILAI Automobile's 700 replacement power stations were achieved, and the 2021 annual target was completed ahead of schedule.
According to official information, the 700 substations include 203 first-generation substations and 497 second-generation substations. The first second-generation substation was launched on April 15. At present, the average daily service is more than 20,000 power exchanges, and the daily service capacity can provide more than 176,000 power exchange demand, and the station has been reduced from the previous 606 vehicles/seat to 204 vehicles/seat.
