1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the pork belly into thick slices (cut into large pieces for a longer time, depending on personal preference)

4. Stir-fry the potatoes until fragrant.
5. Add seasoning and water to medium heat and simmer.
6. Simmer until halfway through the juice, add the red peppers and add the chives until they are about to come out of the pan.
