
Practice steps
1: Wash the pork, cut into 2cm wide pieces and blanch the foam.
2: Heat the oil in the pot and add green onion, ginger, peppercorns, stir-fry the pork until fragrant, add the blanched pork and stir-fry evenly, add cooking wine, and color the soy sauce.
