First of all, in 2018, the introduction of Huanai Home Headquarters, with the help of Huanai Home's high-end positioning to help Jimei home upgrades, through the home building materials format to enhance the experience and grade of the store; secondly, the consumption order of adjustment, the previous electrical appliance category has been a relatively backward product category, from 2017 onwards, the electrical category has been adjusted to a relatively advanced position. "For sales, it is no longer just about selling a washing machine or a refrigerator, but letting consumers choose lifestyle and smart home solutions first, and then realize one-stop home shopping."

Zhao Tingting said that Jimei is adjusting and planning to build the store into a lifestyle experience venue and provide good services for various brands and products. Jimei is no longer a simple home building materials sales store, but a lifestyle platform, integrating low-frequency home consumption with experiential services such as children's playgrounds, catering and daily consumer goods.

"Customers who are willing to accept new things and are not so sensitive to price are the consumer objects that home building materials will cultivate in the future." In Zhao Tingting's view, the interaction and interconnection between many formats and home building materials is a direction of Jimei's efforts, and the future of these two passenger flows will be opened up, which will provide more passenger flows to both sides.
