In 2006, Zhao Lihua's poetry caused great controversy because of the style of "spoken language plus line breaks". According to the harmonic sound of her name, people jokingly called her poetry "pear blossom body".

Zhao Lihua was also unceremonious, and did not have a kind word for those who opposed her, and specially wrote the following poem. In Zhao Lihua's view, "poets" seem to be protecting animals, and "poetry" seems to be "heritage art", and no one else is qualified to point fingers and talk nonsense.
Zhao Lihua herself, however, "enjoyed" this playful title. When Zhao Lihua introduced herself, she presented herself as "teacher Zhao Lihua of the artist". Zhao Ting won the Golden Globe Award in the West, but because of inappropriate remarks, her works could not be listed in China. Chen Man's works, which cater to the "Western aesthetics", were criticized by people and had to apologize. Everyone can see the reason why Zhao Lihua wants to support them, right? The key lies in the word "Western."

Zhao Lihua believes that our "aesthetic is a hundred years behind the West", while the "aesthetics" of Zhao Ting and Chen Man have been recognized by the "West". Therefore, in Zhao Lihua's view, zhao Ting and Chen Man's "aesthetics" are right. But their works are not welcomed by us, so Zhao Lihua wants to come out to "fight unevenness".
Zhao Lihua admired the West so much, why did she stay in the East? This is indeed a "contradiction". Sell paintings, sell honey, tea and other products. The Ewha Commune, which has a large number of people, is Zhao Lihua's "food and clothing parents".
In Zhao Lihua's self-introduction, it is very tall, "famous artist, poet, painter, founder of pear blossom poetry, and national first-class writer", but the purpose of these tall titles is actually to make people "obsessed with sister". Zhao Lihua, who has always used "Western aesthetics" as a gimmick, obviously wants to maintain "Western aesthetics", which is her way of making money. When Zhao Ting and Chen Man, who took "Western aesthetics" as the vane, were criticized, Zhao Lihua stood up and it was "natural". In fact, this is not shouting injustice for Zhao Ting and Chen Man, this is defending herself.
"The West", not only the direction of worship of modern poets, is enshrined as the place of the gods (Li Jingze). Moreover, in other fields of art, painting, film and television, photography, etc., are all the only western leaders. Therefore, there was the Zhao Ting and Chen Man incidents.
"Western" is that wonderful? Isn't it the legendary "Western Heaven"? We can still understand that science and technology lag behind the West, but we are afraid that no one will be convinced that the aesthetics of poetry and painting are lagging behind the West, and they are still lagging behind by a hundred years. What was the West like when our Book of Verses came out? When our Tang poetry and Song poetry were at their peak, what was the West like?
Why are our current poems like "four different"? It is because of blindly learning from the West and taking Western aesthetics as the standard. But our poetry firmly believes that this wind is right and has been practicing it. Therefore, it is not difficult for us to understand why our current poems have become like this, and it is not difficult to understand why Zhao Lihua should cry out for Zhao Ting and Chen Man.
