On the occasion of the third national family education publicity week, in order to deepen the family dispute resolution mechanism in Licheng District, closely combine women's rights protection with judicial trials, and promote family harmony and social stability, on the morning of May 14, Licheng District held an appointment ceremony for new specially invited family mediators and investigators at the Family Affairs Cultural Center. Li Qingba, President of the Licheng District People's Court, and Li Yanzhu, President of the District Women's Federation, attended the appointment ceremony and issued letters of appointment to the family mediators and investigators, and Gong Liqun, a fourth-level investigator of the Licheng District Court, presided over the ceremony.

Since Licheng District explored the establishment of a system of specially invited family mediators and investigators in 2019, it has successively hired two batches of specially invited family mediators and investigators. This time, the district court and the district women's federation jointly appointed 17 mediation experts from the "two representative members", the judicial bureau, the human resources and social security bureau, streets, communities, schools and other units as new specially invited family mediators and investigators for a term of three years.

At the appointment ceremony, President Li Qingba congratulated the new specially invited family mediators and investigators. He proposed that it is necessary to further improve the mediation docking mechanism of "litigation mediation + docking", give full play to the front-end advantages of family mediation and investigation, and realize the overall consideration of pre-litigation mediation and trial in accordance with the law for family disputes. It is necessary to further explore the diversified solution model of "vertical push + horizontal expansion", vertically weave a four-level mediation network of dense districts, streets, communities, and grids, and horizontally promote the integration of more departments such as public security, justice, civil affairs, and education into the joint investigation and linkage mechanism, and strive to build a full-coverage family dispute settlement pattern. It is necessary to further establish a "multi-dimensional + quantitative" personnel evaluation system, and cultivate a group of high-quality and professional family dispute mediation talents who have theoretical knowledge of mediation, mastery of mediation procedures and practical skills in the field of family affairs.

Licheng District specially invited family mediators and investigators will give full play to the advantages of originating from the masses, taking root at the grassroots level, being familiar with the people's feelings, and being recognized and trusted by the masses, actively visiting and understanding the family, marriage, and children's status of the parties, and carrying out psychological counseling, mediation throughout the litigation, and post-judgment return visits, so as to provide solid assistance for the proper resolution of family disputes.
