May 2024 is the fourth Civil Code Awareness Month. In order to deeply study Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, deeply understand the important position of the Civil Code in the social legal system with Chinese characteristics, and further enhance the people's understanding of the Civil Code and civil procuratorial work, on May 11, the county procuratorate held a civil procuratorial publicity activity in the procuratorial theme park to effectively deliver the Civil Code to the masses and into the hearts of the masses.
At the event site, procurators carried out publicity on the Civil Code by hanging banners, distributing civil code brochures, and providing legal advice. Focus on the content related to the production and life of the people in the Civil Code, interpret the obscure legal provisions in detail, and patiently answer the legal problems encountered by the masses in their lives. In this publicity activity, more than 500 copies of publicity materials were distributed and more than 20 legal consultations were answered.
In the next step, the civil procuratorial cadres and police of the county procuratorate will be based on the civil procuratorial function, realize the normalization of civil procuratorial publicity, tell the story of civil law, disseminate civil law knowledge, and enhance the people's awareness of learning, knowing, understanding and abiding by the law.
