However, there is also a group of mothers who suffer from breast or cervical cancer, experience the torture of illness, and bear the huge financial pressure of life.
Mothers should not belong to difficulties and diseases, mothers should receive the attention and care of the whole society! The "Maternal Health 1+1" public welfare fundraising activity was initiated by the Fujian Women's Federation, aiming to mobilize all sectors of society to raise funds to help women with "two cancers" (breast cancer and cervical cancer) who meet the regulations. Since 2011, women's federations at all levels in Ningde City have actively carried out the "Mother's Health 1+1" public welfare fundraising activities, forming a vivid situation in which the whole city is linked, and organs, enterprises and institutions, individuals and all walks of life actively participate in fundraising. As of 2023, caring people from all walks of life in Ningde City have donated a total of 11.49 million yuan to help 3,033 women with "two cancers", so that they can rekindle their hope for life, feel the warmth of the social family, and achieve good social and public welfare effects.
Help a mother, save a family! Here, the Ningde Women's Federation issued an initiative: let us join hands and actively participate in the action of saving the mothers of "two cancers", extend a helping hand to them, dedicate love and strength, send warmth to mothers in need of help, and ignite hope for life!

Donations from all over the world:
Donations organized by the Women's Federation of each county (city, district) and the Women's Working Committee of Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone should be remitted to the account of the "Fujian Provincial Mother's Health Angel Fund" by the Women's Federation (Women's Working Committee). Those who are interested in participating in the "Mother's Health 1+1" public welfare fundraising activity should contact the local women's federation.
Donations from government agencies and enterprises:
The donations raised by the municipal women's organizations are directly remitted to the "Fujian Provincial Mother's Health Angel Fund", and the remittance voucher and detailed list are faxed to the Municipal Women's Federation, and the Development Liaison Department of the Municipal Women's Federation will uniformly summarize the donation details and submit them to the Fujian Provincial Women and Children's Development Foundation for issuance of donation bills and certificates.
