On the morning of May 18, under the guidance of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the Xi'an Civil Affairs Bureau, the "Angel Painting and Song of Life" public welfare exhibition for critically ill children sponsored by Shaanxi Qianshan Foundation, Shaanxi Qianshan Foundation Tenglong Coal and Power Public Welfare Charity Fund, Xi'an Xinyu Volunteer Service Center and Shaanxi Nanhu Art Museum kicked off at Nanhu Art Museum.

It is reported that the exhibition aims to arouse the attention and support of all walks of life for critically ill children and help them get through the most difficult moments in their lives. The museum displayed more than 140 works by critically ill children from all over the province. The colorful and childlike paintings have attracted many citizens to admire. They use their brushes to interpret the tenacity and beauty of life, which resonates with the audience.

At the opening ceremony, Shin Shin (pseudonym) made a speech on behalf of the award-winning children. She suffers from leukemia and has been in the hospital for a long time. However, the illness did not break her, but sparked her passion for painting. Xinxin said: "I like to paint, painting is a way for me to transfer the pain, so when I saw that the theme of the exhibition is not limited, I immediately had inspiration, thinking that this year is the third year that I have taken a leave of absence due to illness, and suddenly a longing thought came to my heart, like grass breaking through the ground, I boldly painted the campus life that I had imagined countless times in my heart." Her words moved those present.

In addition, the exhibition also invited Kang Sufang, second-level inspector of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Du Ruiqi, deputy director of the Child Welfare Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Li Sibing, the rights and interests department of the Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese, Chang Yuan, chairman of the Qianshan Foundation, Liu Yuming, executive vice president, Liu Pingze, chairman of Shaanxi Tenglong Coal and Power Group, Liu Shengliang, artistic director of Shaanxi Nanhu Art Museum, Chang Xiangyang, chairman of Xi'an Xinyu Volunteer Service Center, Shi Ruiming, director of children's directors of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Tang Qian, secretary general of the Shaanxi Red Cross Foundation, Liu Kehui, Secretary-General of Shaanxi Women and Children's Development Foundation, and Luo Jujun, President of South Second Ring Branch of Everbright Bank, helped on the spot. They said that they were deeply moved by the children's drawings and made them pay more attention to the living conditions of this special group.

It is reported that the exhibition will last until May 28, and after the exhibition, the organizers will also raise funds through the auction of paintings to improve the lives and medical expenses of seriously ill children.
