On the morning of May 18, on the occasion of the 34th National Day for the Disabled, the "Anhui Beauty Life and Benefit the Road" public welfare trail walking activity for the disabled was held in the Youth Creative Garden of Yaohai District, Hefei City. Through trailwalking, we call on all sectors of society to pay attention to the disabled group, convey love and hope, and jointly create a harmonious and friendly social atmosphere.
The trailwalk starts at the parking lot at the north gate of the Youth Creative Pastoral and ends at the big lawn at the south gate, with a total length of 5.8 kilometers. At 9 a.m., more than 200 people with disabilities, more than 300 healthy people and more than 50 volunteers dressed in uniform sportswear set off on the trail walk in high spirits. Participants enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the charm of nature along the way, and at the same time conveyed their love and support for the disabled with their own actions. In the process of trailwalking, everyone encouraged and helped each other to overcome one difficulty after another. In particular, the disabled participants, although they were physically handicapped, completed the entire trail walk with their firm belief and tenacious perseverance, and won the applause of the audience.
In addition to trail walking activities, a number of interactive sessions and charity sales booths were also set up on site. The participants stopped to watch, buy charity items, and show love to the disabled group with practical actions. After the event, the organizers presented honorary certificates and souvenirs to the participants, and thanked them for their care and support for the disabled community.
