At the symposium, Zhou Lin pointed out that the procuratorial organs should conscientiously implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Development and Growth of the Private Economy", further strengthen the equal protection of all types of business entities in accordance with the law, take the "procuratorial protection of enterprises" and "procuratorial and overseas Chinese protection workstations" as the starting point, give full play to the functions and professional advantages of the "four major procuratorates" of the procuratorial organs, smooth communication channels, properly solve the legitimate demands of overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese enterprises, and at the same time strengthen the popularization of the law, and create a law-based business environment of knowing the law, abiding by the law, and using the law.
Yin Zhibin emphasized that the task of safeguarding the interests of overseas Chinese in the new era is arduous, with heavy responsibilities and glorious missions. First, we must improve our political position and strengthen organizational leadership. It is necessary to fully understand the protection of the lawful rights and interests of overseas Chinese, especially to organically connect and coordinate the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law with General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on overseas Chinese affairs. Second, it is necessary to deepen the inspection of overseas Chinese and protect enterprises, and polish the golden signboard. It is necessary to deepen the joint and liaison mechanism for overseas Chinese-related work, adhere to and develop the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era, invite representatives of overseas Chinese enterprises to participate in the joint conference on overseas Chinese-related procuratorial work, and timely grasp the actual difficulties and judicial needs of overseas Chinese businessmen and enterprises. Third, it is necessary to strengthen publicity and guidance and create a rule of law environment. Actively carry out lectures on popularizing the law in the overseas Chinese community, jointly release typical cases related to the protection of the rights and interests of overseas Chinese in a timely manner, and constantly create a legal environment in which the overseas Chinese community acts in accordance with the law, finds the law in case of trouble, solves problems and uses the law, and resolves conflicts by relying on the law, and constantly promotes the implementation and fruition of the spirit of the Ninth Provincial Congress of Returned Overseas Chinese and Relatives in Leshan.
In the special lecture on sending the law to overseas Chinese enterprises, Huang Xiaolan, director of the Second Procuratorate Department of the Qianwei County People's Procuratorate, explained the legal knowledge related to the prevention of job-related crimes to the employees of Nine Dragons Paper Enterprises, and helped overseas Chinese enterprises improve their legal risk prevention capabilities.
