In order to further increase the punishment of refusal to carry out court judgments and rulings, and to deeply solve the work problems of evading and resisting enforcement, on the morning of April 29, the Shushan Court, the Shushan Procuratorate, and the Shushan Branch of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly established the province's first joint crackdown on the crime of refusal to enforce the law.

The "Joint Crackdown on Refusal to Enforce Crime Workstation" is set up in the Shushan Court, aiming to solve outstanding problems in enforcement work, such as "difficult to find people, difficult to find things, and difficult to pursue", give full play to the functional advantages of public security organs, and use the large data platform of public security organs to achieve information resource sharing. The three organs will hold joint meetings on a regular basis to further strengthen coordination and cooperation, build a linkage mechanism, smooth the flow of information, and broaden the channels for clues, forming a strong joint force to severely crack down on the crime of refusing to enforce the law. Do a good job of reviewing and identifying the crime of refusal to enforce, reaching a consensus on the evidentiary standards and application of law for the crime of refusal to enforce, ensuring the quality of the case, and forming and implementing long-term effective mechanisms for coordination and cooperation.
The establishment of the "Joint Crackdown on Crimes of Refusal to Enforce Crimes" is not only an inevitable requirement for the implementation of major decisions and deployments to "effectively solve difficulties in enforcement", but also an effective attempt to explore the linkage mechanism of legalization, normalization, and standardization to effectively solve the problem of difficulty in enforcement from the source, and is also a key move to promote grassroots governance and people's livelihood protection in Shushan District, and to realize the "three-source co-governance" of the source of litigation, enforcement, and visits, which will help enhance the people's sense of security and the satisfaction of political and legal organs, and effectively strengthen the construction of creditworthiness and rule of law in Shushan.
It is reported that at the first joint meeting of the Shushan District Joint Crackdown on the Crime of Refusal to Enforce the Law held on 10 April, the three organs of the public procuratorate, procuratorate, and law have already analyzed, judged, and sorted out the nine cases filed by the Shushan Court, and the Shushan Branch of the Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau has now filed and investigated three of the cases.
In the later stage, the three organs will also publish relevant typical cases, and release a white paper on the work of combating the crime of refusal to enforce, establish and improve the enforcement linkage mechanism, deepen the "Shushan model" of combating refusal to enforce, and form a seamless communication and cooperation pattern, so that the enforcement will be more "speed" and "strength", and strive to make the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case.
