Recently, the signing ceremony of the value-added service organization and workstation awarding ceremony of the Yingshang Center was successfully held in the living room of the Yingshang Chamber of Commerce in Tianjin Economic Development Zone. The Welcome Center will integrate government and social professional service resources, and build a value-added service area in the government affairs hall, which can provide enterprises with various special services such as scientific and technological innovation, legal services, financial services, international trade, talent services, and intellectual property rights.
The main responsible comrades of the Government Affairs Office of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, the cooperation and guidance units of the Business Welcoming Center, the relevant persons in charge of the service agencies in various fields in the department and the cooperative institutions of the workstation attended the event.
At present, the Yingshang Center has introduced more than 50 cooperative institutions in various fields and 26 rotating resident units, relying on the living room of the Yingshang Chamber of Commerce to hold training and exchanges on a regular basis. Since its inauguration on March 28, the Yingshang Center has carried out 6 enterprise-related exchange and training activities, 5 symposiums, more than 10 visits and receptions, and 2 investment projects, which have been widely praised by all walks of life.
In order to further standardize the management of value-added service areas, the Welcome Center has formulated a corresponding mechanism to establish rules and regulations, clarify requirements and standardize services in terms of institutional introduction and withdrawal, service provision and docking. The relevant person in charge of the Comprehensive Reception Section of the Government Affairs Office preached the specific content of the "Value-added Service Provision and Management Mechanism of the Business Appreciation Center" in this ceremony.
In the signing and licensing process, the Welcome Center signed on-site agreements with more than 20 units in the fields of financial services, legal services, science and technology, intellectual property and trade in batches, and awarded the "Business Welcome Workstation" brand to 20 bank outlets of 5 banks. The on-site units will be on duty in the hall in turn, and the business-welcoming workstation of government-bank cooperation will also become an important force to help enterprises do things nearby, collect enterprise demands, and accelerate the implementation of major projects.
In the exchange session, the participants spoke enthusiastically, talked about their feelings and experiences, and conducted in-depth discussions on the future cooperation direction and service plan. Everyone unanimously affirmed the establishment of the Welcome Center, and also expressed their expectations for future cooperation opportunities.
The relevant person in charge of the government affairs office said that the business welcome center can not only make up for the shortcomings in government services, but also connect the interests of all parties, only by taking into account the demands of all parties, in order to build a long-term and sustainable operation model, the business welcome center, all units and institutions at any time to put forward opinions and suggestions, and jointly build this platform better.
