In order to continue to implement the work requirements of the "two responsibilities" of food safety, comprehensively strengthen food safety supervision, and effectively prevent and control food safety risks, on April 15, Liu Yucheng, deputy flag chief of the People's Government of Zhunger Banner, went to Dacheng Langjing Hotel and Jingjing Banquet to carry out the supervision of food safety guarantee in the second quarter. The relevant leaders of the Banner Market Supervision and Administration Bureau accompanied the supervision and inspection.
Liu Yucheng and his entourage went deep into the hotel kitchen, focusing on the establishment of food safety responsibility system, food raw material procurement, acceptance and storage, food processing and production process control, employee health management and training, kitchen hygiene environment, fire protection facilities and equipment, and the application of the "Warm City Sunshine" APP intelligent supervision system. It also put forward pertinent and feasible opinions on how to improve the safety management system, do a good job in normalized prevention and control, and strengthen emergency response.
Liu Yucheng pointed out that as the "first responsible person" for food safety, food business units should establish and improve a food safety responsibility system with clear responsibilities and clear division of labor, and should pay attention to the implementation of responsibilities, information construction, software and hardware investment, training and education, and effectively strengthen various control measures to eliminate potential safety hazards. Regulatory departments should strengthen supervision and service guidance, clarify responsibilities, explore the application of intelligent supervision, innovate governance methods, and escort the people's "safety on the tip of the tongue".
