"Old Father's Pride"
In the morning, I went to send New Year's goods to my father~, and his old man proudly took out the "Commemorative Medal" issued to him by the unit a year ago, which stated that the military horse farm was established in 1963~2023. When I saw these words, I was suddenly filled with emotion!
The old father was a demobilized soldier who had just been discharged from the army and reported to the armed forces department that year, and his backpack was still on his shoulders and he did not put it down; the personnel of the armed forces department asked the old father to report to the newly established forestry farm unit, and he worked like this for the rest of his life until he retired. Parents have deep feelings for their own units, and when they talk about the people and things they work in, they will be very excited, as long as they meet colleagues who have worked together, there are endless topics to talk about. Their generation's feelings for the unit are the strongest, the most nostalgic, and the proudest thing!
A few years ago, the old units did not forget these pioneers, and in order to commemorate the meaningful years, they specially produced a batch of "commemorative medals" to express their condolences to the old comrades! This is something that the old-timers are very proud of.
