On the eve of the traditional Chinese New Year, Yuhe Village, Shanqi Town, carried out the public welfare activity of "Sending Ten Thousand Blessings to Ten Thousand Homes" to send Spring Festival couplets to the local villagers. The event was organized by the village committee, and three calligraphers from the town's Wanfo Calligraphy and Painting Institute were invited to the scene to write Spring Festival couplets for everyone.
On the day of the event, the village committee square was bustling. The calligrapher splashed ink, and the exquisite Spring Festival couplets jumped on the paper. The villagers gathered in front of the calligrapher, admiring the calligrapher's brushwork, waiting to receive their Spring Festival couplets. In addition to the traditional Spring Festival couplets, the calligrapher also prepared the character "Fu" and various auspicious words for everyone, so that everyone can feel a strong festive atmosphere on the occasion of the New Year.
This Spring Festival couplet not only made the villagers feel the care and warmth of the village committee, but also made everyone deeply understand the breadth and profundity of traditional Chinese culture. Many villagers said that these Spring Festival couplets are not only decorations for the festival, but also good wishes and expectations for the family and the future.
