We conducted an in-depth brand discovery session with Jupiter's founding team, interviewed numerous existing and potential customers, and researched competing services from Amazon, Target, and Walmart. Our research has helped us quantify many of the previously unknown benefits of Jupiter's services, as clients save money each week, eat healthier, cook more often, save time, and feel like they have more control over their home lives. Through this process, in addition to branding, we helped develop an overall corporate strategy and reposition Jupiter as a complete platform to help bring order to the home lives of busy professionals.

That's why we've positioned Jupiter as a "home satisfaction" service that not only meets your fridge needs, but also helps customers create a more fulfilling family life, giving them more time and energy to spend on the things that matter to them. We also need to address a major hurdle for new customers, as many have privacy concerns about Jupiter team members entering their homes to stock items. To alleviate these concerns, we developed a friendly and innocent brand personality to earn trust. We also align the brand with the social mission by highlighting how Jupiter helps customers eliminate food and packaging waste.
