Wang Zhizhuo was a legendary border poet during the Tang Dynasty. He has a surprisingly small number of poems that have survived to this day, only 6.
But among these six articles, there are "the day is at the end of the mountain, and the Yellow River flows into the sea"; there is "the Yellow River is far above the white clouds, a lonely city of Wanlingshan", which are all famous passages with super influence throughout the ages.
Wang Zhizhuo must have written more than these 6 poems in his lifetime, but unfortunately, the technology was not developed at that time, and too many poems were not lost in history.
The tang dynasty was the peak of Tang poetry, and it was also the peak of the Biansai poetry school. The overall tone of Sheng Tang is high-spirited and enterprising, especially in the side plug. Therefore, there have been great poets such as Gao Shi, Cen Shan, Wang Changling, and Wang Zhizhuo, who are famous for their border poems, such as Li Bai, Wang Wei and others, who also have their own border poems circulating.
Because of their similar personalities and similar poetic styles, several border poets are good friends. This article is about a story of Gao Shi and Wang Zhizhuo.
Before entering the official arena, Takashi had visited the border many times, most of them as officials in the shogunate. This time, he threw himself into the hands of the famous general Goshuhan, hoping to realize his ambitions.
During this time, Wang Zhizhuo was also in the border plug, and Gao Shi had visited him. The two became friends, and when they had nothing to do, they went to the jade gate to close and listen to people playing the flute.
Later, Wang Zhizhuo listened to the flute and wrote such a good sentence as "Why should the Qiang flute complain about Yang Liu, the spring wind does not pass the jade gate", Gao Shi naturally did not want to fall behind, went home and racked his brains, and wrote this poem "Listening to the Flute with Wang Qiyumen Guan".

And Wang Qiyumen closed to listen to the flute Gao Shi [Tang Dynasty] Hu people playing the flute between the buildings, the upstairs depression sea moon idle. Borrow a few songs from Luo Meifan, from the wind overnight full of guanshan.

Of course, this poem cannot be compared with Wang Zhizhuo's "Liangzhou Words" in terms of popularity. But to be fair, this is also a masterpiece in the poems of The Side, especially the last sentence, which is infinitely more interesting and meaningful.
As the title indicates, the poem was written for the purpose of "listening to the flute", and the first sentence naturally begins with the sound of the flute:
The Hu people blew the Qiang flute, and the sound of the flute drifted between the nearby shu buildings. The Hu people are a collective name for the ethnic minorities in the north and the western region, and the Shulou is an image that often appears in the poems of the border guards, that is, the watchtower of the border garrison, a few small buildings, I don't know how many border guests are carrying.
At this moment, Gao Shi and Wang Zhizhuo were probably also upstairs, and the upstairs was very quiet, after all, no one was willing to come up. The two of them were upstairs listening to the flute, looking up at the bright moon in the sky, imagining everything on the side.
"Upstairs depression sea moon idle", in fact, depression and leisure are the manifestation of Gao Shi's own state of mind, which is given by Gao Shi to the tall building Mingyue.
The first two sentences of the poem have outlined a complete scene map for us, and then it is time for Gao Shi to imagine. Similarly, these two sentences also correspond to Wang Zhizhuo's "Why should qiangdi complain about yang willows, and the spring wind does not pass the jade gate".
What kind of sentence did Gao Shi come up with?
"Borrow a few songs from Luo Meifan, from the wind all night full of mountains."
You Wang Zhizhuo write spring wind willow, I gao shi will write the north wind plum blossom.
The last two sentences are similar to his own other poems: "Ask where the plum blossoms fall, and the wind blows all night long." ”
Both poems are listening to the flute and have a feeling, but I don't know which one is first and which is after.
Plum blossoms are mentioned in the poems, but here the plum blossoms are not real plums, but the ancient song "Plum Blossom Falling". It is a horizontal blowing song in Han Le Fu, which tells a lot of sadness.
On the whole, this poem inexplicably has a kind of tenderness, and it is not as heroic and vigorous as Gao Shi's other famous border pieces.
The north wind and the north snow, the vast expanse of the ten thousand miles cast the desolation and magnificence of the Biansai poetry school. But in my speculation, human feelings are, after all, the warmest thing in the world.
If Gao Shi himself stood on the shu tower and looked at the bright moon of Guan Shan, the poem he wrote would definitely be lonely and poignant. But with friends around, everything is different.
Gao Shi and Wang Zhizhuo were like-minded, sitting on a tall building to talk about wine, chanting poems to the moon, telling how happy they were to be proud of their ambitions.
At this time, Gao Shi, because his heart is warm and overflowing, looking at the bright moon and guanshan is not so cold, but it brings a trace of human fireworks.
Although the red dust is blinding, it can warm the wandering man's miserable state of mind after all.
