Tang poetry is the pinnacle of literary works in Chinese history, and its words are gorgeous and the language is condensed, surpassing any era in history. The Quan Tang Poems compiled during the Kangxi Period of the Qing Dynasty contained more than 48,900 poems. So many Works of Tang Poetry, for thousands of years, many scholars have ranked them, and there is always no conclusion.
Among all the scholars, there was a gentleman named Yu Tang, Qianlong twenty-eight years later, and his step-wife Xu Lanying discussed with each other, began to compile the "Three Hundred Tang Poems", which became the most official Ranking of Tang Poems in the past 300 years, and its influence was so great that it was almost a household name. The overall compilation is based on the genre, the time is weft, objective and easy to recite, and it has become one of the enlightenment teaching materials for primary school students.
In recent years, many modern scholars led by Professor Wang Zhaopeng of South Central University for Nationalities have obtained a list of the top 100 Tang poems by collecting ancient and modern Tang poetry materials, using modern statistics, and modern people's appreciation angles and aesthetic thinking.
Among the top 100 poems, the poets with the most famous poems on the list are Du Fu 17, Wang Wei 10, and Li Bai 9, but the first poem is neither Li Bai's nor Du Fu's, and is indeed unanimously recognized by everyone.

10th, Li Bai, "Shu Dao Difficulty"
This poem was written by Li Bai in Chang'an from the first year to the third year of Tianbao,300 years ago, in order to persuade Wang Yan not to detain Shudi and return to Chang'an as soon as possible, so as to avoid being attacked by the unpredictable hands of jealous villains.
The whole poem adopts the rhythm and prose miscellaneous, the text and sentences are uneven, the writing is longitudinal, and the boldness is free. Singing three sighs, looping back and forth, it is exciting to read. It is said that when He Zhizhang saw Li Bai's article, he was shocked and praised: "True Immortals also"!
9th place, Wang Bo, "Send Du Shaofu to Ren Shu Prefecture"
This poem was written by the author while he was in Chang'an. "Shaofu" is the Tang Dynasty's common name for county lieutenants. The young man surnamed Du would go to Sichuan to become an official, and Wang Bo sent him this farewell poem when he was leaving.
The whole poem opens and closes, the qi pulse flows, and the artistic conception is broad, which can be called the immortal classic in the farewell poem. Although it is only 40 words, it is vertical and horizontal, and the changes are endless, as if on a small canvas, there are countless hills and ravines.
8th place, Chang Jian, "Zen Temple After the Broken Mountain Temple"
This poem is an inscription wall poem by the Tang Dynasty poet Chang Jian, which was selected as "Three Hundred Poems of Tang Dynasty". The poem lyrically describes the perception of the Zen Temple after visiting the temple in the early morning, and describes a unique and deep and silent realm with condensed and concise brushstrokes, expressing the poet's joy of visiting famous places and his strong pursuit of a lofty realm.
The tone of the whole poem is simple, the layers are clear, the excitement is deep and subtle, the artistic conception is harmonious, concise and clear, the appeal is strong, and the art is quite complete, which is a unique famous passage in the landscape poetry of the Tang Dynasty.
7th place, Meng Haoran, "Wangdongting Lake Gift Zhang Cheng Xiang"
This poem is also a farewell poem, which is a representative work of the Tang Dynasty poet Meng Haoran. The whole poem twists and turns to express the poet's desire for Zhang Jiuling to quote by describing the exclamation of wanting to cross the vast Dongting Lake facing the smoke and waves, and the feeling of envying the fish in the abyss. After writing it, he sent the poem to Han Tae, Han Ye, Chen Chen, and Liu Yuxi, who had encountered the same thing. 5th place, Du Fu "Dengyue Yang Tower"
This poem is a lyrical poem by Du Fu, the first two couplets wrote about what dengyue Yanglou saw, using condensed language, the vast and boundless majestic momentum and magnificent image of Dongting Lake are truly depicted, outlining a picture of thousands of meteorological conditions.
The neck link shows his political life is bumpy, wandering the world, and the mood of not meeting talents. The poet wrote about the poet's sadness of watching the country dispersed and helpless, empty of enthusiasm but no way to serve the country.
4th place, Wang Zhizhuo, "Climbing the Stork and Bird Building"
The first two sentences of this poem are written in a five-word poem by the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Zhizhuo, the first two sentences are written about natural scenery, but the beginning of the pen has shrunk thousands of miles at hand, so that the distance has the potential of thousands of miles; the last two sentences are freehand, written unexpectedly, and the philosophy and scenery and the situation are seamlessly dissolved, becoming an immortal song on the stork tower. 3rd place, Wang Zhizhuo's "Liangzhou Words"
Although "Liangzhou Words" describes the grievances of those who are on the border who are not allowed to return to their hometowns, it is written tragically and desolately, without the mood of decadence and decadence, sad and generous. The poem was widely circulated at the time and was sung as a finale in the Qinglou of the Tang Dynasty.
Even better, this poem, going to a "between" word, becomes a word. "The Yellow River is far away, the white clouds are a piece, and the isolated city of Wanlingshan. Qiang Di why should we complain, Yang Liu Spring Wind, do not pass the Jade Gate"!
2nd place, Wang Wei's "Weicheng Song"
"Weicheng Qu" is one of the representative works of the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Wei. The first two sentences of the poem write about the scenery of the Weicheng Inn, explaining the time, place, and environmental atmosphere of the farewell; the last two sentences turn to the farewell, but do not hurt the word, only use a toast to persuade wine to express the strong and deep feelings of farewell in the heart. Cui Hao's "Yellow Crane Tower" has always been regarded as an open volume and a pressed volume, and it is absolutely deserved to be able to win the first place in Tang poetry.
For thousands of years, this poem has been called "the first of the Seven Laws of the Tang Dynasty" by later generations, and has been revered by generations.
