The poet Liu Xiyi was the nephew of Song Zhiwen, who had a literary name when he was a teenager, good at composing poetry, fine music, and good at drinking. However, Liu Xiyi liked to chant ancient tune music poems, which were incompatible with the near-body poetry that was beginning to take shape in the poetry world at that time, so it was rare to be valued by people at the time, and none of the jinshi in the examination could be awarded the official to enter the shi, and could only be attached to the family of his uncle Song Zhiqing.

This song "Generation of Sorrowful Whiteheads" is one of the famous ones. It is said that when Liu Xiyi wrote this poem, he chanted "This year's flowers fall color change, next year's flowers bloom and return to who is there", thinking that this sentence is not detailed, he thought bitterly and chanted two sentences: "The flowers are similar every year, and the years are different." However, these two sentences are also very pessimistic, and finally Liu Xiyi left these poems behind and wrote this "Generation of Sorrowful WhiteHeads".
However, when Liu Xiyi's uncle Song Zhiqian read this poem, he became covetous, and Song Zhiqing knew that no one else had read the poem, so he pleaded to give up to himself "the flowers are similar from year to year, and the years are different", and Liu Xiyi did not agree. Enraged, Song Zhiwen ordered the household slaves to crush Liu Xiyi to death with a bag full of soil, and took this "Generation of Sorrowful White-headed Ong" for himself. This is the famous case of "killing nephews and stealing poems" in the history of literature. It is precisely for this reason that a poem in the Quan Tang Poems will appear to be included in the names of two people.
