Labor Day | every labor of your child is polishing his own life

Think about what the child in front of you will become many years from now.

01

Your child's labor is relevant to you

Labor education is about training people for the future.

It's about how your children will appear in your life journey in the future.

Is he lazy, or is he diligent?

The child in front of you needs to take on the responsibilities of a family in the future.

In this family, there is him, there are his children, there are his lovers, and there should be you.

What kind of life will you have in the future? Or, what kind of life will you see him?

Life is nothing but chai rice oil and salt, pots and pans, stove fire window lights——

The quilt is not folded, the dishes and chopsticks are not washed, the garbage is not dumped, the corners of the walls are hung with cobwebs, the table is full of dust, he ignores it, chooses to lie flat, such a life is bound to be sloppy;

The clothes are neat, the snow bowl is ice, the windows are clean, the interior is spotless, there are small flowers under the eaves, he is meticulously handled, with enthusiasm, such a year is sure to be fragrant.

Think about what the child in front of you will become many years from now. Will it be self-absorbed and procrastinating? Will the four bodies be industrious and the grain not be divided?

From now on, let your child learn to work, learn to take care of every day in labor – labor is the most important course in life.

Everyone can learn to be focused, meticulous, optimistic, positive, open-minded and calm in the course of labor, and learn to persevere, calmly and methodically.

Labor is not only about you and your children, but also about people—the relationship between people is regulated by behavior. You don't want to have someone around you who is indifferent, indifferent, and extremely dull in the face of life.

Hard-working people know how to get along with people, how to make themselves active, how to help others, and how to embody the spirit of collectivism in the team.

I hope that your child will become a popular person in the family, in society, and in life.

Labor makes the world a better place

Labor is a university question.

Every child is in the world before them. He used his labor to participate in the process of this world.

The more he labors, the more the world will be changed by him. For example, if he buries a seed in the dirt, the world may grow a big tree; he carves a stone tablet with a chisel, and the world will have an extra mark.

Human beings use labor to shape the world we need. We build towers on majestic peaks; we build dams in rushing rivers. We pave roads on steep plateaus; we build new cities on vast expanses.

We have dug through the tunnel of history with labor; we have used labor to push open the door to the future.

We ask for grain from the land with our cultivation, we ask for mellow from the grain with cooking; we ask for steel from the mines with smelting, and we want toughness from steel with forging.

Tell children that labor is the cooperation and struggle between man and nature. Labor brings everyone close to nature, transforms nature, and protects nature. We need to let children understand that they can talk to the world through labor, and when you put it into labor, the world will give it back.

We salute the workers under construction. We want every child to become a qualified worker in the future.

We will form a consensus with the children that labor is glorious, labor is noble, and labor is sacred.

03

Everyone is the protagonist of labor

During May Day, we (Summer Wind Classroom) released "A Special Labor Day Homework" and asked each child to pick a labor task to complete.

Everyone is the protagonist of labor. We ask each child to volunteer to take a picture while working, and we generate a personal customized labor poster for each child to make him feel concerned and respected. Every worker should be seen, and their efforts need to be recognized.

We want every child to discover, realize, and present in labor—labor itself is beautiful. We want to tell every child that the way you work, the efforts of your labor, and the fruits of your labor all touch everyone around you.

Our posters present every brilliant face of every child, sparkling and vivid.

The label of labor should also be shining, not just obscurity.

"Ten minutes of labor a day, a happy and fulfilling whole day", the daily working time does not have to be very long, but it should be persistent and become a part of every child's life.

Labor should be a consciousness, a habit, a state, an instinct.

I hope that every child can see labor in labor, experience labor in labor, and innovate labor in labor. Cooking and washing, cleaning the windows, cleaning the windows, a broom, a hoe, the early morning in the field, the dusk on the construction site... They will perceive the difficulty of their parents in labor, chew the essence of life, and stimulate the potential for growth.

The child in front of you can learn to collect his mind in time, organize his time, and polish his life in the course of labor.
