Since Fang Yuan had wine and wine cellar, he had always wanted to write a text about wine, but he didn't want to delay it until today.
Alcohol is so closely related to our lives that basically every family drinks something to a greater or lesser extent. Wine is the essence of the world's grains, the catalyst of Chinese gastronomic culture, and the carrier of mainland national etiquette and civilization.

Yangyang Huaxia has leapt over the history of more than 5,000 years, and the craft of winemaking and the custom of drinking wine have also continued for more than 5,000 years. During this period, the continuous innovation of winemaking technology and the continuous renovation of the words of persuasion have made the wine culture in the long river and waves of magnificent history, swinging back to the intestines and flowing for a long time, just like the eighteen bends of the mountain road winding to today. Looking at the life of modern people, especially the wedding banquet, it is even more indispensable to drink, and this "no wine, no banquet", is really thorough.
Wine is closely related to people's lives, whether it is to get together and talk, or to drink freely, or to achieve a good relationship... It is inseparable from wine, it seems that there is wine, and only then can there be an atmosphere and mood.

Some wines, mellow in quality, are dedicated to banquets and celebrations, such as the "water of life"; some wines symbolize good fortune and prosperity, such as dry red series, Gigondas, Chardonnay and so on. Some wines, which are only used for business contacts, are good products for visiting relatives and friends and giving away collections.

I am not used to drinking, nor can I taste wine, in my bones I actually don't like wine, but as a member of the world, my life seems to be inseparable from wine, especially cooking meat, once there is no wine as a condiment, it is difficult to remove the fishy smell. I do not know much about the quality of wine, only interested in the trend of wine and culture and packaging, those exquisite packaging designs can not only attract people's attention in appearance, but also can add atmosphere to the dinner drink, can bring guests a visual enjoyment of beauty, especially the development of new products and new packaging, will become the talk of people on the dinner table, that kind of strong or light wine taste seems to be entangled in the topic of chat, especially alcoholic men.
I'm not interested in wine, I don't want to taste it, and the only thing I pay the most attention to is the packaging. Since Fang Yuan had a wine industry, I only knew that the Great Wall was dry white and Zhang Yu was dry red... Shopping in the supermarket, I will look at the shelves of JinLiufu, Luzhou Laojiao, Jian Nanchun, Wuliangye, Maotai, Fenjiu, Yanghe, Guojiao, Shuijingfang, Niulan Mountain, Gujing Tribute Wine, etc., these wine packaging is very exquisite, but I don't know how to sell? Whether it is white wine or red wine, sales must rely on the support of brand image and culture, otherwise it is difficult to open up sales.
Known as the originator of liquor Moutai, produced in Moutai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, mainland China, has a history of more than 800 years, its long brewing history and unique brewing process, and its superior intrinsic quality and profound brewing culture, so that Moutai has become a national wine, it and Scotch whisky, French Cognac and known as the world's three major distilled wines. I once read a report that Premier Zhou said at a banquet to President Nixon: "On the Long March Road, Moutai wine is a good medicine for us to cure all diseases, washing wounds, relieving pain, detoxifying, and curing colds and flus..." It can be seen that the quality and efficacy of Moutai are indeed extraordinary, but unfortunately, I can't enjoy such a good wine. I once took a sip at a wedding banquet, and it felt better than drinking a drink. Some people say that good wine has little stimulation on people, not on the head, not spicy throat, not heartburn. I don't drink, I don't understand, I don't want to taste, in essence, I don't like to drink, let alone understand wine.
China's three major national liquors are Maotai, Wuliangye and Jiannanchun. "Mao Wujian" is synonymous with China's high-end liquor, which is mainly reflected in the long history and culture, mature and unique brewing technology, high-end technology quality brand and many other aspects.
My ancestors were not good at drinking, and their family was not rich, so naturally they had little relationship with alcohol; my grandfather was like this, so was my father, at most during the New Year's Festival, he drank a very small amount of medicinal wine, and among our sisters, only my brother could drink some wine, and sometimes he was drunk, which was the phenomenon I least wanted to see.
Wine as a drink, less drink is to strengthen the body, refresh the spirit and replenish the body; drink more is harmful to the body, so I am very opposed to alcoholism, it is recommended to drink slowly and drink less. My consistent practice is not to persuade people to drink, to drink as much as they can, to do what they can if they can't drink, not to embarrass themselves, and not to embarrass others. If there is an accident with alcohol consumption, there are four situations in which the person who persuades the drinker is legally responsible.

Whether it is a small amount of drinking at home every day, or a lively drink at a banquet or party, it is a very beautiful thing, but drinking a moderate amount is the most perfect, do not covet the cup! Do not rejoice with wine, forget your worries with wine, and strengthen your courage with wine. Cao Cao's "Short Song Line": "How to relieve worries, only Du Kang". Du Fu's "Drinking Alone into Poetry": "Drunk from being a guest, poetry becomes a sense of God." Su Shi's "Drinking with Tao Yuanming": "Pitching has its own form, and the wine poem is self-contained." Yang Wanli's "After the Ninth Month of February, Dengwanhua Chuan valley under the moon": "A cup of unfinished poetry has been completed, and the poems pouring into the sky are also shocking." Wang Wei drank wine and chanted "Xi out of Yangguan without a reason, persuade Jun to drink a glass of wine", Zhuo Wenjun drank wine and chanted "Today's Drinking Party, Tomorrow's Ditch Water Head", and "Noble Concubine Drunk". Li Qingzhao, a gentle poet, drank wine and chanted "Drunk and does not know the way back", "After the East Fence put the wine at dusk, there are dark incense sleeves"...
The wine of the bold poets is mostly a bold or tragic turbid wine. Old friends meet, a cup of turbid wine, fade thousands of things, all the freedom and heroism, are in this cup of turbid wine. For example: "A pot of turbid wine is happy to meet." How many things in ancient and modern times are paid for laughter and talking", and another example is "a cup of turbid wine, Yanran has not returned to nothing". Perhaps, the strength of turbid wine can dilute the writer's longing for home, or perhaps there is a dream home after drunkenness.
Wine culture has a long history in China, and there are countless real people related to wine, and "wine" has become an indispensable part of Chinese history, and some allusions are representatives.
According to legend, after Yi Di invented wine, Dayu drank and sighed: "Such a beautiful thing, there will be those who will destroy their country with wine in the future generations." Before the words were cold, his descendants Xia Jie "made Yaotai, dismissed the people's strength, and destroyed the people's wealth, indulged in the pleasures of the wine pond, and drummed and drank three thousand cattle." As a result, Xia died, Ji was banished by Shang Tang, and the Shang Dynasty was established. However, the Shang Dynasty still did not learn its lesson, and when it came to the King of Yin, it intensified, using wine as a pool, rowing boats and drinking heavily, and when drunk, it gathered three thousand men and women and danced naked, and in the end, the country also died for it. It can be seen that alcohol can not only lead to the death of the country, but also make people mistaken and lose their lives.
Qi Huangong was drunk, lost his hat, was very ashamed, and did not go to the court for three days, coinciding with the grain shortage, no one to relieve the victims, and the country was in chaos. Fortunately, Guan Zhong took matters into his own hands, opened a granary, rescued the victims of disasters, saved the people from the water and fire, and saved the country from chaos. The State of Chu and the State of Jin fought at Yanling, and the State of Chu was defeated. King Gong of Chu summoned Sima Zi to come to consult and prepare to fight again, but RanZi was too drunk to come. King Gong of Chu could only sigh to The Heavens, "Heaven has defeated me", so he killed his son and rebelled, and banshi returned to the dynasty. The great poet He Zhizhang, who went out to run errands, was drunk and looked at the flowers, so that his eyes fell into the well and he slept drunk at the bottom of the well.
Wine can be poured with sorrow. For example, Cao Cao "sang about wine, life is geometric"; for example, Li Bai "Life must be full of joy, do not make the golden bottle empty to the moon"; such as Liu Yong "Where the wine is awake today, Yang Liu'an Xiao wind and the moon"; such as Li Qingzhao", "Three glasses of two light wine, how to oppose him, the wind is urgent late"... This is a drunken sigh of life, an indulgence of oneself, a direct portrayal of the situation...
Liquor can be labored. During the Spring and Autumn Period, Yue was defeated by Wu. In order to realize the restoration strategy of "ten years of life and gathering, ten years of lessons", the Yue King encouraged the people to have children, and used wine as a prize: "give birth to husbands, two pots of wine, one dog; give birth to women, two pots of wine, one dolphin". Before the Yue King cut down Wu, the father of Yue Zhong offered fine wine to Gou Jian, and Gou Jian poured the wine on the upper stream of the river, and drank with the soldiers, morale was greatly boosted, and the battle was won. During the Warring States period, Qin Mugong wanted to reward the soldiers to boost morale, but the wine mash was only one bell, and Qin Mugong poured this bell wine into the river and drank with the three armies.
Wine can be bold. Historical records record that the Qin soldiers fought for a long time, with a dry mouth, and encountered a kind of Xifeng wine soaked in grain and fruit in the Liulin forest of Chen Cangfeng. Binge drinking, quenching thirst, boiling blood, drumming, great victory. Liu Bang, the ancestor of Han Gao, was kind and charitable when he was young, and his popularity was good. He did not like to engage in productive activities, never did farm work at home, grew up to be a pavilion chief at the recommendation of others, and often made fun of and humiliated colleagues. He likes to drink, owes a lot of debts in the liquor store, and lies in the liquor store when he is drunk. The owner of the liquor store was very strange to see that he often had strange dragon stripes on him. Every time he came to drink, the number of people buying wine increased a lot. When the bill was settled at the end of the year, the restaurant gave him all the debts.
Later, Liu Bang escorted the prisoners to Lishan to serve their sentences. The prisoners had almost escaped on the road, and Liu Bang estimated that if they arrived at Lishan, the prisoners would have to run out, and according to the laws of the Qin Dynasty, the chief of the pavilion would be executed, so when they arrived in Fengxize, they would stop and drink. In the night, he untied the prisoners and said to them, "Go with your lives, and I will run far away." As a result, most of the prisoners fled, and only a dozen were willing to follow him.
Liu Bang was drunk and wanted to cut a short way from Dazezhong, so he let a man walk in front to explore the way. After a while, the pathfinder came back and told everyone, "There is a big snake in front of us, so let's go another way." But the drunken Liu Bang said: "The eldest husband is walking, afraid of something!" So he took the lead and walked forward, and a sword cut the snake into two pieces, and the road gave way. Liu Bang walked for miles, drank heavily, and lay on the ground to rest. The people who followed Liu Bang passed by the place where he had cut the snake, and saw an old woman crying there, so they asked the old woman why. The old woman said that her son was the son of the White Emperor, and appeared here as a white snake, and had just been killed by the son of the Red Emperor, so she wept. The people thought that the old woman was deceiving them, trying to teach her a lesson, but suddenly the old woman disappeared again. Frightened, the crowd rushed to Liu Bang and told him about it. When Liu Bang heard this, his heart was secretly happy, and the crowd became more and more in awe of him.
Qin Shi Huang once said that there was the Qi of the Heavenly Son in the southeast direction, so he traveled east with the intention of suppressing this Qi of Heavenly Son. Liu Bang suspected that it was himself, so he hid in the mountains. However, it was strange for his wife and friends to try to find him and find him every time. His wife told him that it was because he had a cloud above his head, and that he could be found if he found it. Liu Bang was surprised and delighted to hear this, and some of PeiXian's disciples wanted to attach themselves to him when they heard about it.
In 209 BC, Chen Sheng and Wu Guang rose up. Liu Bang thought about his own adventures, so he was fierce and also went to the road of resisting the violent Qin. After a long period of hard work, he ascended to the top and trumpeted the people, and finally won the world, destroyed the Qin and built the Han, becoming the founding emperor of the Han Dynasty, the temple name Gaozu.
Liu Bang was originally just an ordinary pavilion chief, when he issued "Strong men, what fear!" After the big words, he was no longer the Liu Bang who mixed food and drink. In the chaotic world of the sudden change of the wind and clouds at the end of qin and the fierce pursuit of deer, Liu Bang was not willing to be satisfied with the status quo, and he was no longer afraid after the determination to revolt, and he became a real hero. Even in his last days, he still remembered the pride of that year: "I won the world with a three-foot sword in the body of cloth, is this not my life?" ”
In reality, we should cherish every opportunity like Liu Bang. Liu Bang did not succumb to the fate arranged by heaven and won his own world, which required not only great determination and courage, but also opportunities. At that time, there must have been many people like Liu Bang, but Liu Bang succeeded in constant opportunities, so we can only mention him now.
Liu Bang drunkenly beheaded the white snake, raised the banner of righteousness, destroyed Qin and built the Han. Li Bai "went to sleep in Chang'an City, and the Son of Heaven did not come to the ship, claiming that his subjects were immortals in wine", and regarded the king as nothing; Ji Kang was in the execution ground of Luoyang Dongshi, drinking and playing the piano, and even more regarded death as a homecoming.
Wine can turn into talent. Li Bai is even more a hundred poems of fighting wine; Su Shi "gets the wine poem to become his own"; Du Fu "drunken poetry becomes a god"; Yang Wanli "a cup of unfinished poetry has become a"... The amount of wine has been reduced to their verses, which have been passed down through the ages.
Wine can help chivalry. For example, Jing Ke drank in Yan City, drunk and angry, and then there was the tragic grandeur of "the wind xiao Xiao was easy to be cold, and the brave man would not return once he was gone"; such as Zhu Hai, who went to the battlefield after drinking and sang a song, borrowed wine to rejuvenate the heroic spirit, and then had the chivalrous righteousness of "wielding a golden hammer to save Zhao"; such as Fan Weili drinking fighting wine, raw dolphin shoulders, and then having the courage to "drink the king of Chu loudly and do his heroic spirit"; such as liangshan good man, "eat wine in an urn, eat meat in large pieces", and then have the heroism of "for the heavenly way"; such as Wu Song drinking "three bowls but not post", and then there is "fighting big worms on Jingyang Gang". The bravery...
This is wine, Chinese wine, which bears witness to China's history and spread Chinese culture. Unfortunately, throughout the ages, wine is still wine, but mountain personnel are no longer the original.
Not only poetry and wine have a relationship, but in painting and the artistic calligraphy unique to Chinese culture, the spirit of Dionysus is even more lively. Zheng Banqiao's calligraphy and paintings cannot be easily obtained, so the seeker takes dog meat and fine wine to entertain, and in Zheng Banqiao's drunkenness, the calligrapher can get his wish. Zheng Banqiao also knew the tricks of the painter, but he could not resist the temptation of fine wine and dog meat, so he had to write a poem to laugh at himself: "Look at the moon may as well be exhausted, and only hate the moon belated." Laugh at him when he asks for books and wants mr. drunk. "Wu Daozi, the "painting saint," must drink heavily before painting before he can start writing, and after he is drunk, he will paint and swing it immediately." Huang Gongwang in the "Yuan Sijia" is also "not drunk and cannot paint". "Book Saint" Wang Xizhi, after getting drunk, wrote the "Orchid Pavilion Preface", "charming and vigorous, never in the generation", and when he woke up drunk, "dozens of books, and finally could not reach it". Li Bai wrote of the drunken monk Huai Su: "After my master got drunk, he snuggled up on the bed, and swept away thousands of sheets. The rain is fluttering, and the falling flowers and snow are vast. Huai Su was drunk and splashed ink, and Fang Left his "Self-Narration Post" that was shocked. Cao Sheng Zhang Xu "every time he is drunk, he calls for a wild walk, but he writes down", so there is his "Four Ancient Poems" that "swings the paper like a cloud of smoke".
Wine culture refers to the general term for the material culture and spiritual culture produced by wine in the process of production, sales and consumption. Wine culture includes wine culture phenomena such as the production method, tasting method, function, history and so on, which have both the material characteristics of wine itself and the spiritual connotation formed by wine tasting, which is a specific cultural form formed in the process of wine making and drinking activities.
China is the kingdom of wine. Wine, with its thousands of forms, colorful colors, varieties and abundant output, can be called the world's crown. China is also a paradise for wine people, the land is not divided into north and south, people do not distinguish between men and women, young and old, the style of drinking, after thousands of years without fading. China is the height of wine culture, the significance of drinking is far more than physiological consumption, far more than the pleasure of the mouth, in many occasions, it is used as a cultural symbol, a cultural consumption, used to represent a etiquette, an atmosphere, a taste, a state of mind. Not only that, China's many famous wines not only give people the enjoyment of beauty, but also give people the inspiration of beauty and the transmission of power. The development of each famous wine embraces the exploration and struggle of the laborers from generation to generation, even heroic and dedicated, so the spirit of the famous wine is closely related to the national pride and the fearless spirit. This is the soul of the Chinese nation! With the European advertised "Dionysus", known as Bo Zhong. It seems that it can be considered that with famous wines, Chinese cuisine can be sublimated into a food culture that boasts about the world.
Wine, as an objective substance, is attached to the human body and can be described as changeable. Or hot as fire, or haunted by dreams, or soft as brocade, or iron bones, or bold, or heroic. It is omnipresent, it is honorable and weeping, it can make people transcend and expansive, it can also make people arrogant; it can make people overflowing with talents, it can also make people debauched; it can make people forget the troubles of the world, and it will also anesthetize people to the point of ecstasy; it can make people unscrupulous, it can also make people depressed, it can make people play with life, and it can also make people sincere...
I am not a drinker, I don't know the rules and pleasures of drinking, but I think: people walk in the rivers and lakes, who can not drink. As long as there is in the heart, the tea is also used as wine. Whether it is in a good mood or busy with socializing, you should grasp the measure and not be greedy for alcohol, which is the demeanor. Moreover, drinking is a mood, don't let the drunkenness affect the good mood, it will not be worth the loss.

I remember that in Shanghai after the Spring Festival of one year, I got drunk for the first time in my life.
That day, mainly my husband was with me, and there were several colleagues, it can be said that they are some real people who do not have the amount of alcohol, sitting at the wine table, I suddenly have an idea, I want to test whether I have alcohol in the end? How much alcohol is there? Good to know. The result is not to try not to know, try to be frightened. Since then, I know that I am a person who has no alcohol, and I do not want to drink anymore. Through this wine tasting experience, I knew my own amount of alcohol, but also clearly after drunkenness, the transparency of the brain and the weakness of the limbs, especially speaking, feeling duplicitous, stiff mouth, completely out of the control of the brain, but also know the helplessness and insincerity of the drunk. During this period, I seemed to have called a female classmate in Zhejiang, and I still feel that my mouth was very stiff and unrestrained. Later, after lying down for half an hour, I felt clear consciousness and my head was no longer painful. Since then, I have basically not drunk alcohol for half a year, and then I am reluctant to drink again...
As an entity, wine is also a kind of drink that anesthetizes people, which can make the drinker happy and let go of himself; it can also make the rejector rational thinking and stick to himself; it can make the alcoholic get rid of the shackles and be bold; it can also make the drunkard cold and tired, and escape...
Nowadays, people's awareness of self-care has increased, and the number of drinks is gradually decreasing, especially after the legislation of drinking and persuading alcohol, there are fewer people who drink alcohol, and there are almost no drunk people.
Life seems simple, but it carries too much affection and helplessness, just like mellow wine, seemingly quiet and beautiful, drunk but let the stomach turn the river upside down, the taste of life, not all sweet words, who have their own stories in their hearts, but speechless.
