A total of 2062 batches of products produced by 1932 enterprises were randomly inspected. Among them, 313 batches of products are suspected of being unlicensed, uninspired, uninspired, counterfeit, etc., and have been handed over to the market supervision department of the place where the enterprise is located. 1749 batches of products produced by 1624 enterprises were inspected, and 386 batches of products were found to be unqualified, and the random inspection failure rate was 22.1%.

The results found that the unqualified items mainly involved safety requirements (flame retardant) and anti-vandal alarm functions, of which 23 batches of samples involved safety requirements (flame retardant), 26 batches of samples involved anti-vandal alarm function, and 7 batches of products were unqualified. After analysis by technical institutions, the main reasons for the unqualified: first, some enterprises do not have enough understanding and understanding of the implementation standards of electronic locks, and there are defects in the design of plastic materials or products that meet the requirements of the standard; second, some enterprises deliberately lower the flame retardant assessment requirements of plastic materials in pursuit of economic interests; third, some enterprises do not conduct continuous monitoring and inspection of subsequent production products, so that the products do not meet the consistency requirements.
