The new Generation Range Rover is available in four models, all of which are extended wheelbase versions, priced between CNY 1.468 million and CNY 2.498 million. It is said that owning a Range Rover is a man's dream, but for most people it may be a dream.

The new range Rover is fully developed in the UK, with 125 patents covering chassis technology to PHEV batteries and finally exclusive production at the Solihull plant in the UK. Racing simulation technology was used during development, and the vehicle had completed more than 140,000 hours of computer-based virtual testing prior to physical testing.

There are pure electric models in 2024, and the current market is still fuel
Range Rover will launch an all-electric model in 2024, and before that there will be a PHEV version – the P440e and P510e, respectively.
At present, the global range Rover market is still dominated by conventional gasoline, such as the hybrid (MHEV) P400 Ingenium, as well as the D300 and D350 diesel engines. The high-performance P530 is a 4.4T V8 twin-turbo engine with an acceleration of 4.7 seconds per 100 km/h.
The PHEV combines a Land Rover inline six-cylinder Ingenium petrol engine with a 38.2kWh lithium-ion battery, plus a 105kW three-in-one electric drive, which can meet the 100 km cruising range of pure electric driving.
The high-performance P510e engine has a greater output of 5.6 seconds per 100 km/h and a maximum speed of 140 km/h for pure electricity.
However, the four models listed in China for the time being are all fuel versions. The PHEV version is expected to be available later.

When driving in the wild, the second-generation ATRS Land Rover all-terrain system has 8+1 driving modes, which can automatically adjust the chassis system according to the road conditions, reducing the driver's operating burden. The 48-volt active roll control system can instantly output up to 1400 Nm of torque to the anti-roll bar, improving the stability of the body when cornering.
For the first time, the new generation of Range Rover introduces advanced dynamic response systems and predictive suspension systems. Like Rolls-Royce, the system, combined with navigation data, can determine upcoming changes in the road ahead and adjust the suspension height and stiffness in advance.
Active noise-cancelling speakers on the headrest
The principle of active noise reduction is mainly to process the noise of the engine and effectively cancel out the noise by emitting reverse sound waves. The third generation of Range Rover's active noise reduction system can also comprehensively monitor wheel vibration and tire noise.
This time Land Rover's noise-cancelling speakers are designed inside the headrest – each of the four main seats is equipped with a pair of 60mm speakers, which is as quiet as wearing noise-cancelling headphones.
The new Generation Range Rover also has a new gameplay, like the Extreme Kr 001 and the newly released BMW 7 Series, electric doors, which can control the opening of four doors via the InControl OS 2.0 system.
Land Rover envisions a scenario where the body may be tilted when parking in the field, it will be difficult to open the doors, and the electric doors will allow you to get on and off the car more gracefully.
13.1 inch bezel-less curved suspension touch screen
The new Range Rover adopts a minimalist design style, not only the appearance line is simpler, but the interior has also changed the complex design of the traditional luxury SUV and becomes as technological as the electric vehicle of the new car-making force. But the traditional off-road old guns may have to adapt.
The biggest highlight is the 13.1-inch central control large screen, which adopts a bezel-less curved suspension design, which feels like it is embedded in the instrument table. This screen we have experienced in real cars, and the clarity and color are quite good.
The rear entertainment system consists of two 11.4-inch touch screens mounted on the front seat backs with adjustable angles, HDMI ports and Wi-Fi hotspot capability. The executive class seat center armrest also has an 8-inch touch screen.
Finally, the new Range Rover InControl OS 2.0 infotainment system certainly supports OTAs and has more than 50 electronic control units.
