In the budding days of youth, we must not rebel because of change

Adolescence, a word that surprises us and confuses us. Children grow to this stage, the body develops rapidly, due to rapid changes in physiology and psychology, often encounter a variety of troubles and confusion, if not able to get timely solution, is bound to cause extremely adverse effects on the child's physical and mental health.

In the budding days of youth, we must not rebel because of change

Adolescence is a period of problems, the root of which lies in the fact that boys are characterized by physical maturity, especially sexual maturity. At the same time as the physiological changes, a series of psychological changes followed. However, their psychological maturity is far from catching up with the physical maturity, which makes them bear the "troubles of young Werther" that they have never experienced before, and once they are not handled well, there will be growth distortions.

1. Understand your body changes and take good care of it

Son, watching your increasingly pronounced physical changes, Dad knows that you have entered puberty, which means that you have really grown up, but maybe you yourself have not realized it yet.

Adolescence is a special stage that everyone has to go through, and only after experiencing the metamorphosis of adolescence can a boy become a truly mature male. During this period, each boy will undergo obvious changes in physical fitness, body shape, physiological function and psychological behavior, especially the development of the reproductive system. This period is also a critical period that determines the level of development of a man's life.

The first two key periods that determine your physical condition in life— infancy and childhood—Mom and Dad think they're doing a pretty good job. Next, as your father, I have the responsibility and obligation to guide you through this period of youth-related days, even if you will think of my mother-in-law as a mother-in-law, because this is my unshirkable responsibility.

Well, there are not many more sensational words. Let's start with your physical development about puberty.

In the process of our growth, the development of various systems of the body, some early and some late, some fast and some slow. Before the age of ten, the changes in the human reproductive system are very small, compared with other organs that grow rapidly, it is almost "stationary", but once it enters puberty, the development of the reproductive system becomes "overwhelming", leaps and bounds, and suddenly exceeds the development rate of other organs in the body. Presumably, you yourself are aware that your reproductive organs have undergone "earth-shaking" changes.

The appendage glands of the reproductive organs also include seminal vesicles, prostate, and urethral bulbs. After puberty begins, they all develop rapidly and secrete fluid, mixing with sperm to form a viscous milky white semen. Semen is stored in the body to a certain extent and needs to be excreted, a process called "sperm retention". When it first appears, it is also called "first sperm". This is a male-specific physiological phenomenon and a major marker of pubertal development, which can occur in healthy men, so you don't have to feel embarrassed and stressed about it. The average age of the first sperm loss is about 16 years old, and it is normal to lose sperm again every ten days and a half months thereafter.

2. The growth of beard and other hairs is a secondary sexual characteristic

I remember when you were very young, your father took you to the bath, you saw the sweat hair growing around your father's armpits and genitals, very curious, confused and asked your father, why did your father have so many places to grow beards, and your father did not understand you at that time, and could only tell you that when you grew up, it would be like this.

Now that you're older, you should know something about it.

After men enter puberty, with the development of reproductive organs, secondary sexual characteristics will become more and more apparent, such as hair growth, voice changes, and the appearance of laryngeal knots.

During the emergence of our secondary sexual characteristics, the change in hair is the most prominent. The earliest of these is pubic hair, which is a thick curly hair that grows on the external genitalia due to rising levels of male hormones. The growth of pubic hair, on average 11 to 12 years old, first grows on both sides of the base of the penis, and then gradually spreads to the perineum, and the color changes from light to black, becoming thick and curly. By the end of adolescence, hairs also grow in the middle of the abdomen and on the chest, while pubic hair is distributed in a diamond-shaped distribution from below the umbilicus to the pubic region. These signs suggest that the boy is nearing sexual maturity.

When pubic hair appears a year to a year and a half later, axillary hair also begins to appear. Armpit hair can play a role in shielding and protecting human skin on the surface of the body where it grows, so that it is not invaded by foreign bacteria and dust. Another role of armpit hair is to relieve skin friction when the human body is active, protecting the skin of the armpits from abrasions.

What needs to be reminded of the child is that once the armpits grow armpit hairs, the armpits are often sweat stained. Sweat now has a special smell compared to when I was a child. If you don't clean it in time, it will emit an unpleasant smell, so from now on, pay more attention to personal hygiene than before!

The beard appears about a year after the appearance of axillary hair, at which time the hairline of the forehead gradually moves back, especially at the sideburns, becoming a special male hairline. It can also be earlier.

After puberty, men generally grow beards. Beards grow faster than hair, which is the result of the action of male hormones. The more vigorous the reproductive function, the faster the beard growth. The blood vessels in the beard area are more distributed than at the roots of the hair, and nutrients are easily obtained, so you often see that Dad has just shaved his beard and grown again in a few days.

Beards vary greatly from person to person. Some people have thick beards, some people are sparse; some people have beards, some people are goatee, these are the differences in normal state. It is normal that the number and shape of the beard is related to the ethnicity and also to the family inheritance. No matter what your beard looks like in the future, you don't have to worry about it at all.

Even if there is no beard, it is not necessarily pathological, which is judged by the overall development of the body. If there is no beard, but the reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics are developing normally, it is not pathological. The starting age of beard growth in boys is not exactly the same, some years earlier, some years later, are normal, there is no need to worry.

The laryngeal knot begins to appear around the age of 12, which is due to the enlargement of the larynx and the elongation of the vocal cords due to the action of male hormones, so the boy's vocal area gradually becomes thicker from the age of 13, called the "voice change period". By the time he was around 18 years old, most of the laryngeal node development and voice change process had been completed.

In the budding days of youth, we must not rebel because of change

With these physical changes, you change from a mischievous little mischievous person to a burly man with a low and loud voice. You have a beard on your face, a throat knot in the middle of your neck that gradually protrudes, your shoulders are wide and your chest is wide, and your limbs become thick and strong. You have also initially shown the masculinity and masculinity of men, and I hope that when you become an adult, whether inside or out, you can become a dignified man.

3, the present is not high, does not mean that the future is not high

Dad found that your stinky boy is quite entangled in his height problem, I have heard you mutter more than once: "Now many female classmates are taller than me, is it because mom and dad are not particularly tall, affecting my growth?" "Stinky boy, aren't your mom and dad short?"

First of all, I want to tell you that you made a common sense mistake. At your age, it's normal for girls to be taller than boys. Because boys usually enter puberty two years later than girls, girls also grow taller. Besides, this shortness is only temporary, and when your height soars, it will soon surpass your female classmates.

Even if you're a little shorter than some boys now, you don't have to worry or feel inferior. Because the development time of puberty is different for each person, some people begin to grow tall rapidly in the first year of junior high school, while others lag behind relatively.

On the other hand, changes in height, weight, and other characteristics may also have some synchronization. Although you are now beginning to show other pubertal characteristics, and your height has not yet reached the desired increase, physiologically, you have the possibility of growing taller, so you don't have to worry too much about anxiety. Usually, as long as you strengthen physical exercise, ensure balanced nutrition, pay attention to the combination of work and leisure, and realize the desire to grow tall, it is not difficult at all. Of course, height is genetically affected, but your mom and dad don't seem to be short!

Ten thousand steps said, the worst result, is that you are not tall enough, can not be like Wu Yanzu as soon as you appear to cause the screams of the girls in the audience, but then what is the use? Even if you are not tall, you have a healthy body and a quick mind. Not being tall does not necessarily mean that your achievements are not high in the future, it does not mean that you cannot get the care and love of others, as long as you treat life and study with your heart, you can still harvest the ideal friendship, love and success.

Finally, I would like to stress again that we must calm our minds and maintain physical and mental health. Studies have found that children who have suffered severe trauma will grow and develop relatively slowly, or even stagnate. This is because bad emotions affect the function of the brain and endocrine system, light affects physical development, heavy causes various diseases, and even the phenomenon of "aging before aging" will occur. This is not to scare you! So, even in order to grow taller, you have to relax your mood.
