Due to the problem of sealing, the noise barrier ability of the bezel-less door is naturally not as good as that of the bezel door. If in the later iteration, SAIC Volkswagen can add acoustic laminated glass or active noise reduction system, I believe that the NVH quality of the new generation of Lingdu L will be much better.

From the price point of view, the price range of 150,000-190,000 yuan is indeed not cheap if it is placed in models such as Xuanyi, Corolla, and Langyi. But compared to those ordinary joint venture car, the new generation of Lingdu L has a larger space, a more textured interior design and a more youthful and sporty design look... This series of bonuses will not make this car look too expensive.

In fact, when SAIC Volkswagen launched the first generation of Lingdu, this sporty "coupe" has already brought us enough driving pleasure. In the early days of the initial Lingdu listing, SAIC Volkswagen not only took the lead in adopting the advanced MQB platform, but also equipped it with a "driver power system" composed of a 1.8T engine and a 6MT manual transmission. The new generation of Lingdu L, chassis tuning still retains the characteristics of movement. Front McPherson + rear multi-link suspension, even if the structure is very common, but whether it is front or rear suspension, its chassis tuning still maintains the characteristics of "high toughness", can provide good support in the fierce driving to seek good dynamic performance. However, due to the longer wheelbase of the new generation of models, the following nature of the rear will naturally decline.

In terms of power system, the new generation of Lingdu L is currently equipped with a power combination of 1.4T + 7DSG. 150 hp, 250 Nm torque, this is already a very familiar parameter. For a family car, the powertrain of 1.4T+7DSG is not too much of a problem.

But the new generation of Lingdu L is a car that is biased towards driving and sports. Therefore, the existing power system may be difficult to meet the needs of avid driving enthusiasts. Even if SAIC Volkswagen learns from The manual gear of Guangqi Honda and launches a new generation of Lingdu L 280TSI model with manual transmission, I believe that the reputation of this car among fans will be much better.

No 1.4T+6MT is a pity, no 1.5T (EA211 EVO)+7DSG is also a pity... Therefore, we are more looking forward to this car to create a real performance version of the model, such as the "new generation of Lingdu L GTS".

If SAIC Volkswagen will launch the Lingdu L GTS model, it can not exist as a main sales model, but at least it can become a belief in the eyes of ordinary version of Lingdu L owners. Just like Civic owners can proudly say that their Civic has a high-performance Type R version, golf owners can proudly say that their golf has a high-performance GTI version... It is believed that the owners of the new generation of Lingdu L also hope to launch a GTS high-performance model.
