According to the analysis of Fortis Intelligence Public Opinion (http://zhishu.futongdf.com.cn), a total of 2,374 problems were reported in the car market this month, involving 1,981 quality problems, accounting for 83%; body accessories and electrical appliances, engines/motors, and transmissions are the three major problem points with more complaints; service problems accounted for 16%, mainly around the non-fulfillment of promises and sales fraud related content.
Among the quality problems, the video and audio system failure, the transmission: the setback, the body rust, the engine/motor: the abnormal sound is the problem point with more complaints, and the promise in the service problem is not fulfilled: the car cannot be mentioned, and the sales fraud: the discrepancy with the publicity is relatively prominent.
