On March 23, 2022, the Bosch China Domestic Freight Forwarders Forum on "Helping the Whole Supply Chain Carbon Neutrality" was held in Chongqing through a combination of online and offline. More than 20 representatives from 8 companies participated in the event and shared and discussed how companies can achieve the double carbon target.
Hydrogen energy is known as the "ultimate energy source in the 21st century" and is an important direction for future technological revolution and industrial development. Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have a long driving range and short filling time, which are more suitable for long-distance and heavy-duty transportation, and are one of the fastest growing hydrogen energy application directions, known as "the final solution of the automotive industry".
Qingling Motors Group has continuously deepened its strategic cooperation with Bosch, cooperated with upstream and downstream enterprises to jointly tackle key problems, and opened up the industrial chain of production, storage, transportation, processing and use of hydrogen. In August 2021, the 8.3T hydrogen energy vehicle independently developed by Qingling was delivered to customers on the production line, and the key parameters have reached the 2025 index of the mainland technology roadmap. In September 2021, the first demonstration operation of hydrogen energy vehicle trunk line logistics in China was completed, and the "Chengdu-Chongqing Hydrogen Corridor" was connected. In December 2021, the bosch Qingling hydrogen fuel cell engine project start-up activity was held in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing.

Mr. Ji Wenshan, General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Logistics Supply Chain Southwest Branch (COSCO), a logistics representative of large-scale central enterprises, shared: "Under the guidance of the national dual-carbon target, COSCO has been actively promoting the innovation of equipment, technology and operation mode in the fields of aviation, port and land logistics and transportation, combined with the core logistics layout of southwest China, and set up a demonstration operation base in Orchard Port, Airport Port and Chengdu Qingbaijiang Land Transport Port to promote the realization of the dual carbon target with practical actions. Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will be an important first-mover in our new energy logistics, and we actively respond to the call of the state to help the country's carbon neutrality reach the peak. ”
Ms. Zheng Bishuang, chairman of Haotong Group, a representative of domestic private logistics enterprises, also shared their practices and plans in green logistics - through the optimization of enterprise operating mechanisms, the improvement of the proportion of new energy vehicle applications, and the improvement of the company's informatization degree, etc., to help enterprises achieve the double carbon goal. Ms. Zheng said that helping the country's carbon neutrality cause is also a common vision as Bosch's high-standard service provider.
After the forum, Qingling, Bosch and COSCO Group signed a letter of intent for the purchase of 50 hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles, and signed a hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle purchase agreement with Haotong Group: Qingling will deliver the first batch of 6 hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles for the daily logistics and transportation work of Haotong Group Chongqing Branch in the southwest region.
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the "Medium- and Long-term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)" on the same day, which clarified the strategic positioning and development goals of hydrogen energy in the green and low-carbon transformation of energy in mainland China. Qingling and Bosch will actively respond to the national requirements for double carbon emission reduction, adhere to local research and development, production and service, launch intelligent solutions for hydrogen fuel electric commercial vehicles covering all application scenarios for the market, and work with partner companies to create a hydrogen energy ecosystem in the whole industry chain to promote the vigorous development of the domestic hydrogen fuel electric vehicle industry.
