I think that in the eyes of children, parents are their biggest harbor, and parents are their mountains, which can be climbed and overlooked. It is the sea, and you can swim freely. Learning to listen can take our intimate relationships to the next level.
Drawing can create a bridge of communication with children. I've been a children's art teacher for 6 years, and I've been exposed to hundreds of children's drawings, but I actually want to call it storytelling.
Each painting has a theme, listen to it first and see it before creating. In each creation, many children will paint what they see and hear in their lives, because painting is a part of children's lives.
There is a little boy called Yuanyuan, very naughty like a little adult, that day we painted the "ocean theme",
He paints particularly quietly. On the picture, two clusters of black, one long and one short, are close together, and the background is a patch of green, and several trees are planted.

It seems that Yuanyuan's creation today is off topic again, but the picture is OK, I thought to myself.
When school was out, it happened that my father came to pick me up, and I deliberately took my father to admire the works of Yuanyuan.
"This is what you painted, what you painted, a black lump in the middle"
"You look at other people, all kinds of fish painted, you don't have anything," Dad shouted in a loud voice as soon as he came, and the whole hall could hear it.

"Because we're going to the park!" This is our back."
After listening to Yuanyuan's explanation, it turned out to be so, Dad suddenly realized, he stayed on the work for a few seconds, his eyes were a little evasive, and he explained to Yuanyuan in a calm tone. As if regretting the loud-voiced preaching just now. Finally promised Yuanyuan that he would definitely take him to the park this weekend.
I don't know if Dad took him to the park in the end, but I think Dad must have been touched.
Children's paintings need to be heard to understand, and adult paintings do not need to be.
