In the future, the new models launched by Alpina will be against Mercedes-Benz AMG, Audi Sport, as well as Mercedes-Benz and Audi's royal modification brands Babos and ABT.
It is reported that Alpina has maintained a close working relationship with BMW since its establishment in 1965. Previously, Alpina signed a renewal agreement with BMW at the end of 2020, and its partnership will last until the end of 2025, so BMW will officially gain full control of Alpina in early 2026. In addition, Alpina's Buchloe division will no longer produce vehicles, but its after-sales service, accessories and other businesses will continue to develop, and will continue to expand more service business in the future.
At present, Alpina's models on sale include modified models based on BMW 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, 8 Series, X3, X4 and X7, which have greatly modified the engine, gearbox, chassis and aerodynamic design of the original model, greatly improving the performance of the vehicle. Previously, Alpina had introduced sales in the domestic market, and will launch more modified models with BMW in the future, and is expected to return to the domestic market for sales.
