BYD passenger car sales, whether it is the overall sales or new energy sales, all rose sharply year-on-year, but the overall sales volume and new energy sales all declined month-on-month, the main reason should be the Spring Festival holiday in February and only 28 days.
In terms of specific models, the BYD Han family sold 9,290 vehicles in February, of which the Han EV increased by 118.1% year-on-year, and the Han family's cumulative sales volume was 180,000 vehicles.
The Tang family's sales in February were 10,426 units, of which the Tang DM increased by 1143.9% year-on-year, and the Tang family's cumulative sales volume was 310,000 vehicles.
The Song family sold 24,534 vehicles in February, of which the Song EV increased by 5866.1% year-on-year, and the Song family's cumulative sales volume was 1.1 million vehicles.
The Qin family's sales in February were 24,503 units, of which the Qin PLUS EV increased by 16.6% month-on-month, and the Qin family's cumulative sales volume was 560,000 units.
The Yuan family sold 8,953 vehicles in February, an increase of 2380% year-on-year, and the Yuan family's cumulative sales volume was 240,000 vehicles.

Since the launch of the DM-i model last year, BYD Automobile's sales have risen rapidly, and it has become the monthly sales champion of new energy passenger car companies, and has distanced itself from other new energy vehicle companies behind it, but sales growth has also been accompanied by various negative complaints.
According to the statistics of vehicle quality network in February model complaints, BYD Song PLUS (fuel version) won the first place in the February model complaint ranking, and the main problems were system upgrade problems and audio-visual system failures. While BYD has achieved good results in the new energy sector, the fuel vehicle sector has lost, and the number of complaints in February exceeded three figures, which is a pity.
