"Only This Green" and "Remembering Jiangnan": a contemporary presentation of Song Yun culture

In 2022, CCTV's "Spring Festival Gala" has been held for 40 sessions. As the common expectation of Chinese people around the world, it has a prominent feature, that is, it is appreciated by both elegant and customary. The elegant appreciate its quality, the layman enjoys it, and everyone's feelings about the "Taste of the Year" can be satisfied in a party, the emotions resonate, and the appeals are responded to, which is the original meaning of the "party" of the Spring Festival Gala.

The important connotation of Song Yun culture is also appreciated by both elegant and popular customs, such as songwriting, commentary, miscellaneous drama, shadow puppetry and other traditional Chinese popular literature and art, which appeared in the Song Dynasty. Not far from the fireworks, this is the unique charm of the Chinese aesthetic spirit, it does not put the "literary and artistic model" in the elegant "cloud", but emphasizes the true meaning of secular life, the knower knows itself, and does not wait for external requests. Today's "Spring Festival Gala" has played this charm just right.

The Northern Song Dynasty King Xi Meng's "Map of a Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" and the Yuan Dynasty Huang Gongwang's "Fuchun Mountain Jutu" can be described as the exemplary works of Song Yun. Huang Gongwang was born at the end of the Song Dynasty and was deeply influenced by song rhymes. Their landscapes are not entirely lofty and elegant, but contain villages, pavilions, fishing boats, and aesthetic models of an era among the landscapes. This model was interpreted as a creative music and dance program "Only This Green" and "Remembering Jiangnan" in the spring evening, which tended to "vulgarize" the "elegant" side. It provides a new way for today's people to understand and admire the ancients.

In the show, the green water and green mountains turn into beautiful dancers, the layers of mountains are high hair buns and light postures; the walker woodcutters and fishermen are at ease, fishing, carrying firewood, traveling and chanting are all poetic and fairy. This kind of literary and artistic style is not far from the worldly taste, and it goes beyond the worldly taste. In particular, in "Remembering Jiangnan", contemporary literary and artistic figures play ancient literary and artistic figures, so that the film and television stars on both sides of the strait that are familiar to today appear in a picture frame, from customary to elegant. There is infinite affection between the ordinary, and there is a real interest in life in daily life, which makes people can't help but clap their hands: this is Song Yun's literary and artistic model.

To transform ancient paintings into literary and artistic programs is to transform planes into three-dimensional, so that the two-dimensional space that originally required the intervention of imagination has become a three-dimensional world that can be directly perceived. This transformation itself is the manifestation of the transformation of elegance into custom. In this process, the immersion of Song Yun culture has also been technically contemporary expression.

The so-called "sense of immersion" can be called "spatial consciousness" in painting. The most well-known person to look at the "Fuchun Mountain Residence Map" is the sense of immersion brought about by its scattered perspective, the people look at the painting as in the painting, people move with the scenery, and the vast and high, so that people are lost in the scenery; and the unique "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains Map" is colored on silk, presenting the Jiangnan style with green landscapes, there are fishing villages and wild markets, water pavilions, thatched huts, and fishing, boating, playing, and catching markets. This combination of movement and static, the spatial consciousness of the same human scene, to the famous remarks in the Song Ren Guo Xi's "Forest Springs High", that is, "There are feasible people in the landscape, there are hopefuls, there are people who can travel, there are people who can live, and everything that is painted to this point is into the wonderful product." "Fuchun Mountain Residence Map" and "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" are undoubtedly wonderful products, but why their wonders are embodied in the immersion of "feasible and promising, travelable and living", and it is inevitable that people today summarize this kind of theory, and it is inevitable that there is the pain of scratching the itch of the boot.

The Spring Festival Gala programs "Only This Green Mountain" and "Remembrance of Jiangnan" vividly express this sense of immersion. The dance "Only This Green" not only transforms people into mountains and mountains as people, but also turns "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" into a landscape screen of sound and light in the entire studio hall, which is meandering and elegant; "Remembering Jiangnan" will also show the survival experience of "home on the Fuchun River" through the direct interpretation of the actors as a "poetic perch" without any sense of barrier, so that the charm of Chinese aesthetics comes to the fore. In fact, people are not unfamiliar with Song Yun, and the poems of Lu You and Su Shi can be described as well known to women and children. That feeling of being both familiar and unfamiliar is an important reason for the emergence of immersive aesthetic experiences.

The traditional Chinese aesthetics are not only the yangchun white snow hanging on the wall, but also the living environment and cultural atmosphere that the people use to immerse themselves in it. In the Song Dynasty, it was silk, tea wine, porcelain jade, gardens, that is, food, clothing, flower ornaments, incense, just in the ordinary life of ordinary people. Today's people inherit the traditional Chinese aesthetics, and the most important thing is to create this kind of "culture" full of contemporary life atmosphere - a culture that people are willing to immerse themselves in for a long time.

Both "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" and "Fuchun Mountain Residence Map" are titled "Mountains" and "Water", both focus on Jiangnan, and both take the scene of harmonious coexistence between people and heaven and earth as the object of expression. This is the supreme state of the Chinese aesthetic spirit, and it is another ecological utopia in the earthly world of elegant and popular appreciation. Tao Yuanming said: "Death is the way, the body is the same as the mountain", which is a simple expression of this ecological concept.

"Only This Green" uses people as mountains, which is an artistic presentation of the dialogue between the ancients and nature. Xin Zhiyi said, "I see how feminine Qingshan is, and I should be like this when I see Qingshan", and Li Bai said, "I don't get tired of looking at each other, only Jingting Mountain", which is an expression of this artistic conception. And "Remembrance of Jiangnan" begins by saying that "Fuchun Landscape is not human", which is to praise the natural world as a wonderland that is beyond the earth. It is not "human", but it is in "human world". Chinese to send love to the landscape, nor to avoid the world of asceticism, to seek a clean reputation, but just to hunt firewood and fish, to see "the distant mountains are long, the clouds and mountains are chaotic, and the mountains are green." In these diverse landscapes, it is recognized that "man and nature are a community of life".

In the expression of Song Yun culture, "man and nature are a community of life" is not just about protecting the environment. Su Shi served as a judge in Hangzhou, inspected Fuyang, and wrote "Xingxiangzi Crossing The Seven Mile Se", when Chinese New Year's Eve was seven years old; Lu You ended his military career, returned to Shanyin, passed through Tonglu, and wrote "Queqiao Xian • A Pole Wind moon", when he was forty-six years old. To appreciate the state of the unity of heaven and man between man and man, man and nature as a community of life, it is impossible to do without considerable experience and accumulation. "Only This Green" and "Remembrance of Jiangnan" use complex modern media technology as the interior, but they present only a simple, prosperous posture, poetry and acting skills, which meaningfully express the feeling of Song Yun's culture returning to the basics and washing away the lead in the most exquisite and complex.
