Chen Dalang came all the way to Suzhou to go to a banquet for fellow villagers, and met a Xiangyang person at the table, who was Jiang Xingge who brought goods from Guangdong to Suzhou to sell. He met in two pingshui, similar in age, similar in appearance, and very happy in conversation. After drinking, Chen Dalang suddenly felt hot and stuffy, and took off his cloth shirt to reveal the pearl shirt inside.
When Xingge recognized this object, his heart was shocked, and he pretended to be calm, praising the beauty of this cloth shirt. Chen Dalang then told Xingge about the good things he had with Sanqiao'er. Xingge's face was like earth, and his heart was full of anger, so he found a reason to hurry up and leave, and packed up and went home all night.
The husband and wife were reunited for a long time, it was a joy, but Brother Xing's cold face was speechless, and Sanqiao'er was ashamed and ashamed, and did not dare to come to the front to offer hospitality. The next day, he drew up a letter of resignation and sent Sanqiao'er back to her mother's house.
Because of her beautiful birth, sanqiao'er was soon visited by someone to ask for a concubine. Hearing that Qiao Er had married another woman, she simply gave her sixteen thin soft cages upstairs and served as a dowry.

Besides, after Chen Dalang returned home, he missed Sanqiao'er day and night, and the pearl shirt turned over and over. His wife, Pingshi, thought there must be an article, so she secretly hid the pearl shirt. Chen Dalang couldn't find it everywhere, and after angrily scolding the Ping clan, he packed up his money and clothes and wanted to return to Xiangyang City.
Approaching Zaoyang, I unexpectedly encountered a group of thieves, and all the money was robbed. Terrified, when he arrived in the city, he learned that Sanqiao'er had been exposed, that he had married a concubine, and that he was sad and painful, and that night he had a chill and fever and fell ill. There was no money, nowhere to go, no one to take care of, and soon he died.
After half a year, the xing brother was married and no longer worried about it. He entrusted the matchmaker Zhang Qi's sister-in-law to find a good family affair, and did not marry a second marriage without restraint, as long as the talent was outstanding. Sister-in-law Zhang Qi's sister-in-law soon came with good news, saying that there was a woman with good posture, smart hands and feet, elegant and dignified manners, and did not want to pay any money and gifts, but only to buy a good piece of land to bury her deceased husband.
