❌ Problem with the type of apartment

(1) The net height of the floor is only 2.6m, and it is accompanied by a number of beams that cannot be demolished, which lowers the height of the floor.

(2) The living balcony area is large and insufficiently utilized.

(3) The guest bathroom window is directly facing the entrance door, which is not beautiful enough and it is difficult to set up the entrance.

✅ Solution

(1) The use of metal lines and local ceilings to weaken the beams while not lowering the original floor height.

(2) Two demolition and two construction, for the second bedroom, kitchen expansion, make full use of the living balcony space, do not waste 1 inch of area.

(3) Seal the guests' windows to avoid the embarrassment of facing the door and solve the problem of no entrance.
