Guihuaping Subdistrict: Belonging to Tianxin District, Changsha City, it is located in the south of Tianxin District, and Guihuaping Subdistrict Office is located at No. 6 West Square Road. Before 1951, it belonged to changsha seedling and seedling bureau. In 1951, it belonged to the Changsha County Farm Nursery Group. In 1957, the Wildlife Research Institute was established. In 1963, the Institute of Wild Plants was transformed into Changsha Horticultural Demonstration Breeding Farm. In October 2001, Changsha Horticultural Demonstration Breeding Farm was reorganized into Guihuaping Street. Guihuaping Subdistrict administers Xinyuan Community, Guizhuang Community, Jingui Community, Dangui Community Jiufengyuan Community, and Yinguiyuan Community.
