At 7:30 a.m. on the morning of the 11th, Jia Haiying, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yuxing Subdistrict, and Bi Yanjie, director of the office, organized personnel at and above the middle level to hold a mobilization meeting for the work of improving the human settlement environment at the Party and Mass Service Center in Fort Twenty-Libao, with the main responsible comrades of the streets as the "front-line commander-in-chief" of the rectification of the human settlement environment, to make overall plans to promote all aspects of the rectification action, to effectively transmit the pressure into place, to mobilize the enthusiasm for work, to sound the "rallying call" for the work of improving the human settlement environment in the new year, and to open up a new situation in the work of environmental rectification.
Front-line supervision and implementation
The human settlement environment improvement activities were divided into 12 groups, led by a team member, to conduct comprehensive supervision and inspection of the human settlement environment improvement work in 17 villages in the Twenty-Mile Fort area, find shortcomings, find problems and rectify them in time, ensure that they are always new, and continue to consolidate the results of rectification.

The supervision work focuses on the stubborn and easy recurrence of domestic garbage, firewood and grass piles, construction waste, garbage along ditches and highways, etc., pays attention to cracking difficulties, pays close attention to details, establishes a list of problems, rectifies and corrects the sales numbers one by one, ensures that no street is missed, no one is left behind, and comprehensively promotes the improvement of the living environment to achieve practical results.
The front line vigorously grasps rectification and reform
In this rectification activity, we gave full play to the leading role of party members and cadres, and cadres at and above the middle level threw themselves down and worked with the masses to shoulder the first responsibility for the improvement of the human settlement environment at the village level. Mobilizing more than 300 cadres and cleaners of the "two committees" of the village to take the lead in carrying out environmental rectification actions, the villagers consciously participated in the rectification action team, took the initiative to remove dilapidated houses and garbage weeds, and formed a new climax of rectification actions with household participation, everyone's hands, and daily improvement.
