Promote the "five-sided" rectification, accumulatively clean up 62.5 tons of agricultural waste such as agricultural product packaging and waste agricultural film, actively promote the utilization of resources, and the matching rate of manure treatment facilities and equipment in large-scale farms and the comprehensive utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure have reached 100%.

According to the relevant person in charge of the District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, at present, combined with the work of creating literature and creating health, through activities such as "60-day conference battle" and "patriotic health campaign", more than 1,000 publicity and education sessions have been carried out in villages and households, and more than 20,000 copies of publicity materials have been distributed, and the enthusiasm of villagers to participate in village cleaning actions has been widely mobilized. In 2021, a beautiful courtyard creation selection activity with the theme of "building a beautiful courtyard and sharing quality life" was held, and 21,000 people participated in the voting to select the first batch of 50 beautiful courtyards, improve the villagers' awareness of cleanliness and hygiene, and create a rich atmosphere of "small beauty" in the courtyard to help the "big beauty" of the countryside.

In 2021, the experimental plan for the quasi-property management of villages in our district was filed with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2021 to expand the pilot task of rural reform under the project system.
