From February 23 to 24, Li Congjiao, deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and four people conducted a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the 2021 safety construction work in Weinan City, listened to the report on the construction work of Weinan Ping'an, and consulted in detail the relevant ledger information of Ping An Construction. Fan Cundi, member of the Standing Committee of the Weinan Municipal CPC Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and leading member and director of the office of the Municipal Ping An Weinan Construction, presided over the appraisal and report meeting; Hui Zhongzheng, executive deputy secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Committee and deputy director of the Ping An Office; Li Yonggang, deputy secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Committee and deputy director of the Ping An Office; and responsible comrades in charge of some member units of the Municipal Ping An Weinan Construction Leading Group attended the meeting.
After listening to the report, Li Congjiao fully affirmed the safety construction work of Weinan City in 2021. He pointed out that Weinan City has implemented the overall national security concept, coordinated development and security, consciously put the safety construction in the overall layout of economic and social development to plan and advance, and the work of safety construction has made new progress, showing the four characteristics of high attention, solid implementation of tasks, good risk resolution, and more work highlights.
Li Congjiao demanded that we should profoundly understand the important significance of carrying out the evaluation of safe construction, accurately grasp the new requirements of the evaluation of safe construction, and actively cooperate with the completion of the evaluation work. He stressed that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of the political and legal work conference of the central, provincial, and municipal party committees, soberly understand the risks and challenges facing them, do a solid job in preventing risks, ensuring safety, and safeguarding stability, push the construction of safety to a new level, and greet the victory of the party's 20th National Congress with outstanding achievements.
After the report meeting, the evaluation team successively visited Ruiquan Middle School in Linwei District, the Doctor-Patient Dispute Mediation Center in Linwei District, the Case Handling Center of The Linwei Branch of the Weinan City Public Security Bureau, the Fuping County Procuratorate, the Fuping County Public Security Bureau, the Fuping County Diversified Contradiction and Dispute Mediation Center and the Family Trial Center, the Jinshui Police Station of the Heyang County Public Security Bureau, the Garden Community of Chengguan Street in Heyang County, and the Publicity Square for the Construction of Safety in Qiachuan Town, Heyang County. At each place, the appraisal team listened to the briefing, conducted in-depth exchanges with the staff, and put forward hopes and requirements for the next step of work, and gave accurate guidance.
