Recently, the spring training activity organized by the Chengcheng County Professional Farmers Association was held in Leizhuang Village, Chengguan Subdistrict. This training changed the previous practice of inviting agricultural technology experts to give lectures, and systematically arranged for the typical demonstration and high-quality farmers that had emerged in recent years to "show their own words" and give lectures on "farming economics" for everyone.
This training specially invited Zhang Zongren, technician of Pucheng County Cloud Hosting Center, and Zhai Shumin, a senior professional farmer in Chengcheng County, as the main teachers, and the teaching content was mainly based on specific examples and personal experiences such as grape spring pipe fertilization and fruit setting, greenhouse melon laman, temperature and humidity management. The training was carried out through technical explanation, on-site practice, and greenhouse inspection, combined with the rich greenhouse planting experience of the main teacher and the introduction of outstanding industrial results, which further enhanced the pertinence and effectiveness of the training.
More than 60 people from Leizhuang Village, including high-quality farmers, large grape growers and industrial poverty alleviation households, participated in the training. During the training, everyone responded enthusiastically in the classroom and was full of enthusiasm for learning, and said that the content of the lectures was relevant and very practical.
The appearance of the "farmer into a teacher" to teach the agricultural economy is an active exploration of the cultivation path of high-quality farmers in Chengcheng County. In the future, the county will further promote the practice of "farmers becoming teachers" throughout the county, and encourage more high-quality farmers and rich and capable people to enter the lecture hall and jointly help rural revitalization by talking about industry and technology.
