The Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, which came into force on May 1, 2004, has played an important role in maintaining road traffic order, preventing and reducing traffic accidents, and protecting the safety of people's lives and property. This year is the 20th anniversary of the official promulgation and implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

In order to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Traffic Management Bureau of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department specially planned to produce a series of promotional posters with the theme of "Guangdong Courtesy, Guangdong Peace". This issue presents two posters, "In front of the zebra crossing, give way to pedestrians" and "Don't run the red light, don't grab a second", with the ancient city buildings of Chaozhou and Lingnan characteristic kapok Avenue as the background, innovatively present the traffic safety knowledge of "civilized courtesy, law-abiding travel", which is both aesthetic and rich in connotation, and reflects the concept of "law-run safe and civilized travel" from the front, and calls on the public to be law-abiding practitioners, advocates of courtesy, and inheritors of civilization.
