In order to further enhance the fire safety awareness of police employees and improve the management level of fire safety work in places, on April 25, Guizhou Provincial Compulsory Drug Rehabilitation Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Hospital) and Qingzhen City Fire and Rescue Brigade carried out fire safety co-construction activities.
During the activity, fire rescue professionals combined with the fire warning education cases of the Third People's Hospital of Nanning City, Yuquan Skin Hospital of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, and Beijing Changfeng Hospital, and explained the fire safety knowledge to the police employees in detail, including the causes of fire, preventive measures, the use of fire extinguishing equipment and escape and self-rescue skills, etc., and interpreted in detail the characteristics of hospital fires, how to do a good job in fire prevention inspections, and supervise the implementation of fire hazard rectification.
In the practical teaching session, the firefighters taught the initial fire fighting methods, explained the use of dry powder fire extinguishers to "raise the grip pressure", and let the personnel present experience the fire extinguishing process; explained the basic knowledge, classification, structure, material and important indicators of the fire hose, and organized the police to practice.
According to the emergency response plan, the trapped personnel were evacuated in an orderly manner under the guidance of the guide, and the disposal personnel used fire-fighting equipment to correctly implement the initial fire fighting, and with the help of the firefighters, the danger was successfully controlled to achieve the purpose of the drill.
At the end of the event, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on the specific content and implementation plan of co-construction and co-governance, signed the "Agreement on Co-construction and Co-governance of Fire Safety Work", and continued to promote the in-depth integration of fire safety work of the two sides in accordance with the principle of co-construction, co-governance and win-win.
In the next step, the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Hospital will continue to strengthen the fire safety co-construction and co-governance activities with the Qingzhen Fire and Rescue Brigade, give full play to the complementary role, strive to achieve the goal of "medical and consumer cooperation and common development", and provide a solid security guarantee for the high-quality development of the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Hospital.
