First, it is necessary to strictly follow the Shanxi Provincial People's Government's Order No. 294 "Shanxi Provincial Government's Management Measures for the Construction of Full-time Fire Fighting Teams" and the relevant requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and properly promote the implementation of the resettlement work.

Third, it is necessary to combine the actual situation, adapt measures to local conditions, and adopt a multi-mode and multi-channel approach to resettlement in line with the principle of prudence and responsibility.
At the meeting, the two sides reached a consensus on the withdrawal of the resettlement subject, resettlement object, resettlement method, resettlement time limit, guarantee mechanism, organizational relationship and file transfer, which made full preparations for the next step of submitting to the municipal government to convene an executive meeting, and took a key step to implement the withdrawal and resettlement of government full-time firefighters.
