In order to actively respond to the extreme weather in the flood season, on April 24, the Zumiao Street Three Prevention Office and Foshan Century Oriental Property Management Co., Ltd. carried out an emergency drill for flood prevention and wind prevention in Jinhuali, Yidong Garden, Oriental Management District, resolutely building a strong safety line of defense for residents in the jurisdiction, further enhancing the awareness of flood prevention and wind prevention of community property staff, and improving the ability to deal with emergencies, especially in the underground garage, The flood prevention and self-rescue ability of important parts such as power distribution rooms can prevent the occurrence of secondary disasters and accidents, and protect the safety of people's lives and property to the greatest extent.
The drill simulated the heavy rainfall brought by the typhoon, and carried out the drill to prevent rainwater backflow in the underground garage and personnel evacuation. At 9 o'clock in the morning of the same day, the participants gathered at the drill site, and the commander-in-chief first carried out flood prevention safety education for all the participants, explained in detail the basic knowledge of flood prevention in the flood season, the flood treatment process and precautions, and preached the preventive measures and how to organize personnel evacuation, self-rescue and escape methods and other knowledge on the spot. Then the commander-in-chief made a drill and mobilized to clarify the responsibilities of each group. With the order of the deputy commander-in-chief to "immediately start the flood control emergency plan", the team leaders led the team members to carry rescue equipment, equipment, tools and other items to the scene to carry out rescue operations.
The on-site personnel are divided into 5 functional groups, and each functional group quickly and efficiently carries out emergency response such as the preparation of flood control materials, flood control information contact notification, emergency combat rescue, water absorption and cleaning, and the start of flood control technology and equipment in accordance with the division of responsibilities, so as to ensure that the drill is interlocking and the measures are accurate.
Rescue group
Responsible for installing water baffles, rescuing flooded items at the scene, and using sandbags and tarpaulins to intercept floods nearby to prevent floodwaters from pouring into the underground parking lot through garage entrances and exits, elevator entrances, staircase entrances, etc., causing greater losses.
The vigilance team is responsible for guarding the scene and important parts, maintaining order at the scene, preventing irrelevant vehicles and personnel from entering the scene, and strictly preventing criminals from taking the opportunity to fish in troubled waters and cause sabotage.
Evacuation guidance group
Responsible for receiving the items rescued by the rescue team from the flooding site, and at the same time responsible for the safe transfer of valuables, guiding the vehicles and pedestrians at the scene to evacuate from the safe path.
Device security group
Responsible for the safety management of all electrical equipment and facilities during the flood control and drainage period, take power outage measures in advance for the equipment and facilities that may be flooded or may lead to electricity leakage and injury accidents; use emergency drainage pumps to discharge waterlogging; when necessary, be responsible for building a second line of defense with sandbags in front of the equipment room of the garage to prevent water from entering the equipment room.
Logistics (medical) group
Responsible for timely informing merchants, owners or customers of the relevant information and requirements of flood control and drainage work; preparing stretchers, first-aid kits, medicines and other rescue supplies, responsible for rescuing the injured at the scene, and contacting the "120" emergency center according to the situation of the injured at the scene; during the tense period of flood fighting and rescue, it is also responsible for the drinking water and meal work of the on-site rescue personnel.
The actual combat drill not only tested the rationality and operability of the emergency plan and the rapid response, assembly, coordination and disposal ability of the rescue personnel, but also timely checked and filled in the gaps, further improved the emergency plan, better responded to the emergencies in the flood season, and truly responded in a timely, solid and effective manner.
