As the first European country to express its support for the "Belt and Road" initiative, Germany actively promotes the docking of the "Juncker Plan" and the "Belt and Road" initiative and strengthens the "China-EU Connectivity Platform". Nourishing Sino-German relations in the new era with the Silk Road will help China and Germany jointly build the "Belt and Road", a road of peace, a road of prosperity, a road of openness, a road of innovation and a road of civilization.
European art music (music composed by professional musicians) has been highly developed in recent centuries, and generations of musical masters have created a large number of musical works with diverse genres, rigorous rules, rich content, profound thoughts, expressive and infectious. Germany is famous for its music, it is the world's famous music home. 2. Event Introduction
The purpose of the 2022 Mitag International Music Festival, that is, the International Youth Music Elite Invitational Competition, is hosted by the World Music Banner Alliance, the purpose of the festival is to build an international cultural and music exchange platform for China and foreign countries, and invite various music experts, professors and scholars at home and abroad to form an expert committee to conduct professional rulings and authoritative guidance for each round of activities, promote the integration of music culture in various countries through mutual exchanges and communication among players, enhance the musical aesthetics and innovative vitality of players, disseminate Chinese music works, and discover and commend young artists.
The event is divided into two rounds, the China Regional Selection Contest will be held in various provinces and cities from January to June 2022, and the China Regional Finals will be held in Hainan, China in July 2022, the activities are divided into: "Music Masters Forum", "Classical and Modern Fusion Concert", "International Youth Music Elite Invitational Competition", "Awards Concert" and other activities, welcome musicians, music scholars, music lovers and young friends from all over the world to participate in this activity and let go of your musical dreams. (1) The judging committee shall set up an award score line, and if the competition result does not reach the score line, the award will be vacant.
Each category is set up: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Excellence.
Gold Award: Gold Medal Certificate and Trophy will be awarded
Silver Award: Silver certificate and trophy will be awarded
Bronze Award: Bronze certificate and trophy will be awarded
Award of Excellence: Certificate of Excellence awarded
(2) The student's performance won the gold award, and the instructor can obtain the "Excellent Instructor Certificate" issued by the Organizing Committee.
(3) Institutions that recommend or organize players to participate in the China Regional Selection Competition with 20 or more can obtain a plaque of "Excellent Organization and Institution" issued by the Organizing Committee.
(4) Gold and Silver medalists can advance to the China Regional Finals.

10. How to register
- 1. Contestants need to obtain the official exclusive registration system QR code from the cooperative registration points or professional teachers in each district, and fill in the information as required;
- 2. Pay the relevant registration fees according to the actual group, and submit them to the organizing committee by the registration point;
- 3. The deadline for registration is the deadline announced by each province or city.
11. Notice to Players
1. Participants are requested to arrive at the competition venue 15 minutes in advance according to the check-in time with their ID cards and enter the competition venue with their electronic participation cards. (Change your clothes, put on makeup→ wait outside the arena→ enter the game in an orderly manner→ → leave the game);
2. The score of the competition is on a 100-point scale, which is determined by the average score of all judges. The organizing committee only has the right to organize and dispatch on the spot, and does not interfere with the scoring and scoring rules of the judging committee and the on-site judges.
3. The Organizing Committee shall have the right of final interpretation of each round of competitions, awards concerts and other related activities, and the copyright of all audio-visual products and derivative products arising from the activities shall belong to the Organizing Committee.
4. The China Regional Selection Competition is only held for one round, and the performance time refers to the group rules, requiring back score playing, neat clothing, generous typhoons, and costumes and makeup for the contestants to arrange themselves.
5. 7 days before the competition, the contestants will be announced to inquire about the details and specific time of the competition, and the late contestants will arrange for the last person in the adjusted group to play, and the electronic entry card will not be changed;
6. During the competition period, if you are unable to participate in the competition normally due to personal reasons, the entry fee will not be refunded. If the players cannot continue the competition according to the normal plan due to non-attributable reasons such as epidemic prevention, typhoon, earthquake, fire, politics and other force majeure factors, the organizing committee has the right to make appropriate emergency treatment according to the actual situation at that time, and the relevant losses and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the players themselves.
7. The player and the legal guardian shall be deemed to have understood the relevant contents of the player's instructions at the same time of registration, and agree to accept the relevant constraints, undertake relevant obligations and responsibilities;
