Armut: I often learn the game of Tiger and Canna, and they are very good

With the hot start of the LEC division, mad's new season as the previous "master of kings" is not ideal, ranking fifth in the points with a record of 5-4.

Recently, foreign media HOTSPAWN interviewed MAD's single player Armut, when talking about the hero pool problem, Armut talked about his and Xiaohu, Nurugi, Canna and other single learning.

Q: Another question I want to ask, you should also know, people often criticize your hero pool. Because Monkey, Jess, and Nar are the vast majority of the heroes you play. Looking back on 2021, do you think your hero pool is really a hidden danger?

A: Yes, there is something wrong with my hero pool. But I feel like people say I'll only Nar and Monkey because I played really well when I used them. In fact I didn't practice too many of these heroes. I just feel great when I use them.

In the World Championships, when I faced Khan, Xiaohu and Nurguri, I felt the difference in the hero pool between us. It's very common, but it stung me and changed our BP a lot. RNG was able to choose Sindra against Kennan, which was a big advantage for them, or Lucian vs. Jace. These are all very effective tactics.

Q: Have you studied the competitions of other players?

A: Absolutely. When I learn to use new heroes, I look at videos of those single players. I used to watch Khan players, not just to learn male guns, but also other heroes. I really like his style of play. I think he's a very good player. I sometimes watch Xiaohu, but he's in the middle now. This is a pity. [Laughs] I sometimes watch Nuguri. Now if I want to see a male gun, I'll look at Canna. I feel like his male gun is playing really well.

I'll also play 1v1 with broken Blade to test hero alignment. For example, using a men's gun against Jace, we did a lot of work on it after the game.
