This is the first civil second-instance civil case in which a juvenile court has applied the one-man system since the implementation of the newly revised Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.

In accordance with the provisions of the newly revised Civil Procedure Law, Judge Wang Jianjun of the Juvenile Court, after reading the case file before the trial, and on the basis of obtaining the consent of both parties, applies the summary procedure to the first instance, and the facts of the case are clear and the relationship between rights and obligations is clear, and the single-person system is applied to the open trial in the second instance. Before the trial, the judge served the parties with legal documents such as the "Notice of Sole Trial of a Second-Instance Case" and the summons for the opening of the trial, and actively guided the parties to present and cross-examine evidence during the trial, and fully expressed their opinions around the focus of the dispute. The trial went smoothly and was broadcast live online.
